We were very skeptical about buying this on line but after checking with appliance stores and other outlets and checking prices we decided to make this purchase. We were very surprised when it arrived at our front door, no shipping damage beautiful oven and it fit perfectly. I installed it in about 30 minutes My wife is a baker and she could not believe how well her baked goods turn out. This oven preheats in no time and is a pleasure to use. I would recommend this oven to anyone who is considering buying a new oven.
Works really good, heats up fast and very even heat. My wife was bummed when our old trusty Viking's circuits fried, but now she admits this oven works way better.
Awesome CONVECTION oven for the price! Also very modern, sleek and easy to install. The junction box is near the top of the oven making it too short for the electrical cable- had to use an extension cord.
Great value and very sleek! And, so far, more than I expected.
It came with a broken control panel, but the company sent us out a new one. Once it was installed, it was great. We love the oven

Being a double oven I enlisted a friend to help get it in position and we've been using it for a year now.
No problems, easy to operate and the stainless steel still looks great.
The cooling fans noise is the one thing that could be improved, they are on the loud side.

Does great, easy install, replaced out an 80s oven, so this was an economical upgrade. My only issue was I wish the electric harness was longer, but other than that, very happy.
