These high quality appliance can boil a very large pot of water in few minutes. My wife and I weren't sure about the center burner but now we use it almost every single time we cook anything.
My house is a fun and safe place for a lot of people, and my nice stove stays cooking large meals all the time.

We took our chance with this unit and for the past 8 months it has been the highlight of our kitchen and catering business. The middle cooktop burner is amazing at bringing broths to boils and amazing for searing steaks. It puts out a nice bright blue flame which is a lot better compared to our old stove that would have a flutter of yellow flame and discolor the bottom of our pots. We bought a new set of pots and pans together with this stove and they are all still in perfect condition to this day! I like having burners with varying power to accomodate the different pot sizes and so i can have more control while cooking multiple items at once. For example, i could be searing a steak and creating the complementary sauce right next to it on the small burner. The convection oven is great for roasting evenly and the broiler is INSIDE the oven which makes it really convenient to brown the meats after roasting without having to lift/ transfer anything or lose heat , all it takes is a turn of the oven knob over to the BROIL function! If you roast meats as often as we do, having the broil inside the oven is such a game-changer.
The service provided by Cosmo so far has been impeccable. The phone support agents are very patient and understanding to all of the questions we had before and after our purchase. You feel as if you're actually talking to a real person face to face as opposed to someone repeeating lines off of a script. Even when there was nothing wrong, they follow up to make sure everything is going well after we called with questions (just like how great servers are constantly making sure you have what you need to enjoy the meal.) It's real service that must be accredited.
All in all i have been nothing but pleased with this gas range and the service provided by the manufacturer. It's a simple stove without a lot of high tech features but don't be deceived by that because it still does an amazing job and it is absolutely stunning in our kitchen with our quartz counters and white cabinets. We have gotten so many compliments from friends and family about this unit.

We’ve had it now for several months and I can honestly say my wife and I love this stove and have used it non-stop since it was installed. The installation process was so easy and the support team went above and beyond in answering all our questions. It also looks fantastic! The controls are simple and easy to use. We had issues with our last Ranges oven so we’re really impressed with our Cosmo convection oven, it cooks food in significantly less time and retains popfoods moisture like no other oven I’ve used before. It even passed the hardest test of all, making Thanksgiving dinner as stress-free as ever.
this Great looking oven fit out budget and dimensions perfectly. We are big into cooking and love what is offered and what it does here. However it’s not a $3000 quality oven with euro precision parts. There are some clear quirks in lighting burners easily.. and loudness of the convection fan (+ some other fan blows even when not on convection setting) but. The look and heat it throws are great. I’ve only had it few weeks but it seems to be getting the job done well. Hard to beat the style for the price, but it’s sorta like shopping at the Gap, quality follows the cost.
Item was delivered and installed on time. It fits and looks great for our kitchen! Everything works as expected, pretty simple and straightforward. Very pleased and excited to have a new, great looking stove
