Have only had for about a week, but so far everything has been great. It came double-boxed, with the manufacturers box shrink wrapped and inside a larger shipping box so fortunately it arrived undamaged. It cooled quickly to cold beverage temperature and has operated quietly and perfectly since set up. Quieter than the Bull version for some reason but has the same somewhat flimsy wire shelves (my only complaint). We found a thin piece of those cutting board mats placed on the shelf will help with the unsteady bottle issue. A bit disappointed in Fed Ex though, for dropping the fridge off in the middle of our walkway and driving off without bothering to tell anyone it was there. Product is great though.
