Tulip 29025 Dimensional Glow Fabric Paint, 6-Pack

They do not all glow at the same brightness, White, Blue and Green have the brightest glow of the whole package. It comes out smoothly and applies easily, no clumps or sputtering when I used it. The colors dry the same color as they are in the bottles, EXCEPT white. White dries clear without more layers.

I have not used it on actual fabric yet, I used it to personalize my phone cover and make it easier to find in the dark. Sometimes when I wake up in the middle of the night I can still see it glowing pretty well hours after the lights have been out.

I find it charges best and brightest after 8+ more minutes in sunlight (The longer the better). I find that some light-bulbs, especially florescence and energy saving bulbs do NOT charge it fast or well, though I have not tested this theory at length, it's just something I noticed that seems to hold true in my house at least.

It takes 4 hours to dry! Just in case you don't feel like reading the directions, of course if you are a "Crafty" sort of person you might be expecting this from the get-go, but I did not realize that at first. So if you are planning to use these in a craft with or around children be sure to have an out-of-reach out-of-the-way place for it to dry flat.

It dries a little bit gummy and can be picked off if you really want to try. (On plastic and rubber! Do not know about cloth yet.) I count this as a good thing because it keeps my phone from sliding off surfaces and it's possible to re-do if you make a mistake.

The bottles are not huge. 1.25 fl oz each, so when I use it, I take a less is more strategy. I noticed on the package there is a picture of a black shirt with some nice big designs of a heart, star, etc. But I'm pretty sure that if you did anything that big you would use up a whole bottle per design. I could be wrong as I haven't used it on fabric yet.

Overall, I would say it's a good product that exceeded my expectations, and I would buy it again if I found a need for it.
Will update later if I use on fabric and notice anything worth mentioning.

I used these to make my socks more slip proof, since I use them like slippers. This product is activated by using the steam of an iron held about 1/4" away and moved around. It's 'set' when it goes from shiny to flat-colored. It really does make the socks grip the hardwood floors better and yet comfortable when I put shoes on, like a thin insert, for more padding.

This paint works really well! We used it to decorate onsies for a baby shower. It was easy to use and comes in a variety of colors. The paint dries pretty fast and the bottles go a long way.

I love to sparkle up tshirts at school, so for our Deaf Olympics t-shirts this past May, I sparkled all the girls shirts and the teachers from my school. We looked great and the girls loved it...they are already asking if I will do this again next year...but of course I will, and know where to buy more if I run out....with school tshirts, I may well run out before May 2018...Love doing this for my kids, and I gets hugs in return!

This review is for the NEON set. The blue isn't quite as bright as I'd like it to be (then again, I was working on a material that was in a similar shade as the blue paint's), but all the other colors came out nicely! Surprisingly quite easy to write and draw with, and I say this as someone who feels dexterously challenged. You don't need to squeeze hard to eject the paint.

We painted the product onto Halloween costumes... you will have to do a thick covering of the paint to get it to actually glow... we did a thin coat and “charged” it under light and the more we added the better the glow... doesn’t glow longer then about a hour... after it had been dried and the clothes we painted were worn we washed the clothes.... the dryer made the paint peel up and get sticky and I could pull it off in sheets... a lot of paint for the price!

I used these to decorate a sweatshirt for my Mom for Christmas. I had one made with a picture of her cat and a caption, but the caption was so close to the sweatshirt color that it was hard to read. Using these Tulip paints with their fine tip, I was able to outline the text and also add a few more embellishments that really made the shirt stand out! She was very happy with the gift.

I like how easy it is to use these. I've used other fabric paints and these seem much nicer. I had no problems with it blobbing up anywhere and liked that it stood up slightly from the fabric, so added dimension to the design. The color selection was exactly what I had wanted too, and I thought the price was very good.

Bought it for my creative 10 year old son. He's already put it to the test and he absolutely loves them! Just make sure you let it completely dry at least 4 hours. I definitely recommend.

They look great and definitely glow. Use this with some normal ones on a shirt or tote bag and they look awesome. The neutral glow one doesn't have any real color though once it dries, so keep that in mind.

Loved these paints. I ordered 2 packs thinking I might not have enough but one pack was plenty. I made 24 goodie bags and still have a lot of paint left.
