Im a skeptic, and I take pills for my anxiety, insomnia, and motivation. Let me say that Thync has severely reduced my need to take those pills. The calm strips are like a guided meditation almost and i THYNC (haha) that it truly works.
Just extra strips for thync. As a side not they can be washed with water and mild soap after a few uses. I've used them reliably up to 10 times per a strip, usually three times is easy without washing. So not as expensive as you might imagine.
Love these - when combined with a traditional meditation practice it provides an excellent entry point to a calm mind. The strips themselves give between 3-5 uses (definitely clean your face first) so I tend to save them for when they're needed (especially after a busy day).
