Stages Learning Materials Picture Memory Animal Card Real Photo Concentration Game, Red, Size 5 x 3

These cards are mostly what I expected from reading the reviews. They are like waxed playing cards. They have a variety of insect images. To be honest most of them are the more disgusting insects.... Snails, earwigs, ticks, scorpions, worms. The only "beautiful" insects are the butterfly and the ladybug. Dragon flies can be beautiful, but the image on these cards isn't. They spelled preying mantis wrong. (Praying). These cards serve their purpose as educational for my 4 year old. We have played the game several times since he got these for Christmas last month. The price of this product is fair. I guess I just don't like looking at a few of the matches... They make me cringe.

I am really pleased with these cards, however, I have laminated them so that they are more durable and can be disinfected after use with patients on isolation precautions. My only complaint is that one of the cards in the Vehicles set (Tow Truck) arrived with the corner ripped off, therefore, I will not be able to use that pair. If the company can send me a replacement card I would increase my rating to 5 stars.

good quality nice glossy cards kind of a tight fit to put back in the box though but I would buy again-I use this with my students as a learning activity about animals and also purchased the one about careers .

Our smart-little almost 3-year old LOVED playing this game. I picked 6 pairs of animals which was challenging enough without being overwhelming. As his 75-year old gramma, it was the perfect game for both of us. LOL

My child loves the real photos of the animals, but picking up the cards was difficult for her because they are so thin.

Our preschoolers loved playing this game during our farm unit. We did laminate them so they last longer because that are pretty thin.
