We bought a condo that has this unit and its 8 years old. I love the convection microwave and make the best salmon in it. I've used the convection cycle in the main oven as well and have zero complaints.
In reading these horrid reviews, I'm glad that I followed my gut and ordered my convection/microwave and oven as separate components. I was concerned about potential fuse/board issues particularly if I wanted to use both ovens concurrently. Plus, if one died what was I going to do? I still have the look and space saving feature of a combo oven, but with ZERO issues. I use my self cleaning feature all of the time and it works like a dream 5 years later. We also purchased the dishwasher and counter depth fridge and have had no issues.
