Flex-Grip, Curve Ease- 25 ft Flexible Metal Tack Strip Three-Tooth Upholstery

I used this flex grip on the back of wing back chair and on the sides too. I was able to do the curves with it very easily. It was my first upholstery project and cane out very nice. It came very well packed but be carful any way cause it is sharp and do not over hammer it cause it can rip your fabrics.

I used to do upholstering. When I did it you had to buy from a supply company and have an account. I thought I'd try Amazon and to my amazement, you had what I needed. I love the flex grip and other supplies I purchased and am in the process of fixing my chair. I received my items quickly and the service time was fantastic. Love the product. Thank You

My 1st upholstery project is an antique rocking chair. I watched a lot of YouTube videos in order to find the best ways for a real novice to create a nicely finished edge. This flex-grip does a fantastic job and it's easy to use.

It was exactly what I ordered. I was attracted to the the Flex-Grip because the length is customizable and was the cheapest option. I used it to attached the back panel on my wing-back chair. It might have been easier to use a metal tack strip to get the super straight lines, but Flex-Grip did the trick. Plus I have left-overs for any additional projects.

I reupholstered my own couch for the first time and was glad for having purchased this flex-grip. Great quality and works as expected! The only thing is that I got lots of cuts on tips of my fingers, pure lack of experience ;)

  • Ideal for upholstery pieces that have curves and irregular shapes
  • 3 tooth design
  • Galvanized metal finish

Description

Flex grip metal tack strip is used to upholster/fasten fabric to a piece of furniture that has curves where a straight tack strip will not work. It is most commonly used on curved arms, outside wings, and arched backs. The three tooth pattern allows for extra grip and a tight fit.

Exactly what I needed for the curvy back of this chair. Quick to apply with the staple gun, tucked in the fabric and hammered close. Love this stuff!

Great for reupholstering projects, especially going around corners. Learning curve on how to use. It helps to watch a YouTube on how to attach.

This item was as described, it shipped quickly, and in good shape. It was easy to use. I used it to redo the back of my dining chairs and my project turned out great. I will be purchasing this again.

Love that it arrived so quickly in the mail. Love that it was exactly what I needed to finish the small upholstery project. I was pleased how easy it was to use and how it helped to apply the final fabric piece.

First time I ever used it and the back of my chair turned out beautiful.
