I got this because it is cheaper than the Echo Show and does the samethings. Works great with Ring video cameras.

I got this for Christmas a few days ago and I am already loving it! I like the features that set it apart from iPads and other, more pricey tablets. The main thing that makes it better is how, from my experience, "Alexa" is much more reliable than "Hey, Siri," which I have owned an iPad, and iPhones up to the 8+. I also like the feel of it when I am reading my ebooks. I was a little skeptical at first when it came to the actual reading; it almost felt like Kindle was trying to have a tablet and stray away from the original purpose. However, that is not the case. The way the screen is set up makes it really feel like a book while reading. If you get the matte cover it makes it even more so. It loses a star for me because I noticed that there are so many ads all over the place; I am guessing this is a way for them to charge so little for the tablet, but it doesn't make it any less annoying. I can definitely live with it though. Also, for making Prime members also sign up for separate subscriptions for unlimited music and whatnot. I already pay a subscription fee for all of it; I would like to not have to pay three or four to the same company. Overall, it is a great tablet for the price.
