Bought in August 2018 after 5-6 months of use.this is an excellent machine.simple to operate.quality medium commercial use product.will buy that again.
This Crossover washer is manufactured by Wascomat. I have always been please with Wascomat Commercial Laundry products for years. I currently use this washer at an assisted living facility for approximately 125 residents, this washer does a good job cleaning clothes with less water and detergent, however it is not as durable as the larger models that Wascomat makes for Commercial Laundromats and other facilities. Within 7 to 11 months of using the washer, water started to leak from the soap dispenser and flooded the floor. Also this washer does not dispense all of the fabric softener out of the dispenser and always leaves a little bit of residue left in the compartment regardless of how much you put in the dispenser and after 17 months of use the ball bearings has to be replaced. I honestly think that this washer would be best suitable for residential use or light commercial use such as hotel guest laundry facilities, small college dormitories and apartment buildings with up to 30 apartments.
