I received 3 packages of the BIXBI Pocket Trainers (Chicken Flavor) yesterday. I have purchased these locally before and the packages that delivered appeared dry,discolored, and did not smell as flavorful as the locally purchased treats.
Is this something that I should be concerned about? The expiration date has not elapsed but the product/quality is nothing like what i was expecting.

I spoke to Emily at customer Service and she explained that there had been some changes to the formula and that this would account for the differences in what i received versus what I was expecting. Emily had an excellent demeanor and offered that I could return the Pocket trainers if I was not satisfied with what I received. Knowing that the difference is expected and after my wonderful experience with customer service, I will happily use this batch of pocket trainers with my puppy and continue to give BIXBI my business. They have won a customer for life.
I got these in one month's Barkbox (which is great, btw) and my dog absolutely loved them. I think we taught him six or seven new tricks using these alone. However when I ordered more, I received the chicken flavor, albeit in a timely fashion. He likes those well enough but I prefer the peanut butter ones for their squishiness in stuffing toys. So, a little disappointed there, but these are great dog treats and Amazon wasn't slow with my shipment, so ok.
Apparently, these are delicious because my puppy is more than happy to comply with my requests as long as I have these available. They're easy to break in half for a two treat in one for a small dog like mine.
Worked well for training my dog!! Not too much and not too little. He loved them and stuck close when I had these, listened really well, too!!
First, the treats don’t smell so much like peanut butter but my dogs love them, especially my 4 month old puppy. They are soft and tender. I’ll definitely buy more of this. Highly recommended!

I have two toy poodles. They go crazy over these treats! They are great little treats for training. Since my dogs are on the smaller size (about 5 & 7 lbs) I can easily break these into two & get double the treats for the money. I have tried the bacon & peanut butter flavors & my dogs personally prefer the bacon but will eat the peanut butter as well.
Fit neatly in a training treat pouch, minimal calories, easily split into two treats for a small dog, dog doesn't seem to grow tire of this kind of reward, although other flavors are available.
I ordered both the chicken and the bacon flavor treats. My dogs loved them! They really helped motivate our training sessions. The treats are small, but they are also scored, so they are easily broken in half.
I must order more soon!
New puppy loves her treats, I put them in her Kong and she lets out energy playing to get the treats out, great product
I bought these when we got a puppy. Worked great during potty training. I am still buying them to give as gifts for friends when they get a puppy. Everyone I have given them to loves them as do their dogs.
