It was exactly what I needed for my small space in my bathroom. Went from a 1400 sq ft house to 700sq ft. It washes very well and spins clothes very dry! I'm still getting used to the dryer, the settings and such for what works better for me. Clothes come out nice and dry and no wrinkles.
The company contacted me right after my purchase to make sure I knew is was a small unit and if it was what i needed. Make sure you balance the washer so it will not jump around.
