I love it, a great buy worth it. It wash great
I’m living in a 400 sq. Apt. Can’t get to laundromats so after much research and running into a neighbor who purchased one of the machines with separate wash and spin bins. I’m very glad this has a separate motor that empties the water automatically. Others you have to empty it yourself somehow then switch the clothing to the other bin to spin. It’s not too loud, mine must be a bit newer than some other reviewers. It has 10 program options, choice of the size of load based on water choice, adjustable feet so very little vibration. 10lbs of dry clothing is quite a bit. Read the manual several times to be sure and understand necessities for proper operation. I love it.
It seems to work great but the hose that it comes with has plastic threads that wont hold under pressure which kind of defeats the purpose because the point of it being automatic is so you can set it and forget it. If your gonna get it I recommend buying a better hose with it. Also if your hooking it up to a sink you'll need the aerator to garden hose adapter to go with it.
I've been using it for about a month now, and this washer seems to be well-made and came very quickly. It holds a surprisingly large load of laundry and it all comes out looking and smelling CLEAN. (That has not been the case at the laundromat). It spins so well that items come out almost dry. (Another thing that doesn't happen at the laundromat).
Do yourself a favor and purchase the highest quality braided, metal-ended washing machine hose you can get before you even start this washer, however. I had a terrible time with the original (plastic) hose leaking and coming unattached to the water spigot. Needless to say, this made quite a mess!
The seller has been very responsive and excellent to work with. They quickly replaced the original hose, but that didn't work any better than the first. In my opinion, it's a cheap hose that doesn't match the quality of the washer. Spend an extra $20.00 and save yourself a lot of trouble.
I'm absolutely thrilled with this purchase, and wish I'd done it a long, long time ago. Thrilled!!!
It is a small amount of clothes for wash, but it is great for small areas like apartments. Good cleaning jot with double rinising. Quiet then most washer machine because it is small. I like it so gave it the five stars.

Love it!!! Life changing!
Works really good
Love it. Works great. Heats up quick and doesn't take up a lot of space. Good for apts or campers
I got the 10lb unit because of the blanket setting. It uses a standard 3-way US wall plug. I wanted this to go in my closet, which abuts the bathroom sink (the plan is to drill some holes in the wall to add a drainage pipe split the water source, as a semi-permanent installation. Will add a video when I figure out the assembly.)
First, size. The exterior measurements are accurate but if you're not sure about your space, I really recommend taking box scraps or something to make a cube this size, so you can get a feel for it. They seem really small in the pictures, but they're about 3/4 to 4/5 the size of my standard front load washer in the frame. It takes up a lot more space than I expected. Make sure you measure from the baseboard if this is up against a wall and your space is tight.
The inner tub opening is 12" in diameter and the inner tub measures 15" diameter by 12" tall from the base to the bottom of the lip.
How much is 10lbs? Its about 4 men's size 34x32 slacks, 4 L men's polo shirts, and a pair of men's shorts. I don't think I could get another item in with these in the tub. This is about two people's clothes for one day if you count undies and jammies. The blankets I have are cal king microplush blankets, so relatively thin. These mostly fit, but they really don't fit. I could maybe force it, but don't want to damage the motor.
Surprises: A black rectangular plastic piece comes off under the motor when you turn it sideways as instructed and pull off the foam pieces. This is normal and can be discarded.
There doesn't seem to be a public support number and the instructions need translation work (although I do think they meant "anti-rat"). I had to contact the seller a few times and they were very responsive through amazon's message flow, though not like within minutes or anything. Be patient. The service was good. They tried hard to take care of my issue and answer my questions.
The base is plastic, but the tub is metal (hopefully aluminum or stainless steel. The exterior is also all plastic and smells like VOC when you first get it and open it. I left the back door ajar last night and it seems to have mostly gone away.
One of the rubber feet is different. UPDATE: This is intentional too. They sent me a new foot. It looks exactly like the one that came with it. Only this foot comes off, so you can't screw casters in if you are hoping to do that. There are a few dolly types you can get if mobility is an issue, but the smallest I saw extends overall width to about 21". Make sure it has locking feet on at least two wheels.
Half of the height on this thing is taken up by the motor, but it's nice to not have to stoop anymore to load the laundry like worth my previous front-load washer.
Features: lots of settings and there's a tiny softener dispenser on the side of the tub, as well as a pour spot for bleach maybe that goes down into the tub. The lint filter is a fine mesh screen and folds/unfolds easily. There does not seem to be anything that goes inside of it before you start.
It's unweildy, but surprisingly light. I'm 5'1" and not that strong and I was able to carry it mostly into where I wanted it.
It also has a child locking function for the buttons, but the LID DOESN'T LOCK.
I would recommend only using liquid detergent on these. The powder pocket things are terrible in general, but will really make a mess in this and clog it up fast.
All in all, it seems really great, but the size was more than I expected. Currently hunting for an adapter to semi-permanently install it to my bath sink water hoses.
UPDATE: attached pics of my semi-permanent install. I had to add power and a few 2" holes to run the hoses. I do not recommend installing it as shown with water under power. If you can run yours directly through or directly over, use a 2"pipe and some adapters to sheathe the hoses inside the wall. Mine was not that flexible, so it's very bad. My wiring is sheathed and only this and my bathroom plug is on that breaker in case of leaks.
Please also note, what worked for me may differ slightly for you depending on your model and plumbing. What follows is what worked for my bathroom vanity hookups.
The plumbing drain is this product:
Keeney Manufacturing PP20664 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00OZJABQ0?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share and it works great. You need a 7/8" tail for the drainage hose silicone rubber to securely attach. Don't put it on until you're ready. It doesn't come off easily. Don't get anything smaller than 7/8.
For the water inlet, I adapted with a garden hose female thread to 1/2" female compression pipe thread adapter. Then I attached a 7/8"m to 3/8"m hose (the long silver hose under the sink). You can find both at the hardware store. Be sure you get the correct threads. Extremely important. The size advertised is rarely the same from type to type. The word compression and garden hose are very important, as is the size shown in the pic. I attached this to the final piece, a 3/8"f + 3/8"f, 3/8"m tee. This allows me to split the existing inlet valve/knob to the faucet and to the washer without having to fiddle with knobs ever (except if I need to turn it off to do maintenance). The tee is available on Amazon here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B003B6JC4A. You can tell what size "male" you need by looking at the sticker on your existing hose under the sink. If there isn't one, shut the water off and take that hose to the hardware store with you. Standard bath sink is going to be either 3/8" or 1/2".
Every thread has plumbers tape on it and is tightened with a small wrench. No leaks!
The hole is made with a 2 1/8" drill bit. I was dubious at first, but it's the best tool ever made--maybe. Took 10s to drill thru the drywall on slow and cut like soft butter. 2 1/8" is the same size as doorknob holes, so I'll have it if I need it someday for that. You can find these at the hardware store.
Warning: You CAN open the lid during spin mode. It shuts off immediately, but parents beware.
I ran normal mode 01 so far. Normal is ~45 mins, one wash fill (ends at about 26mins if I remember right), three rinse fills (not spin and rinse, but it fills the tub completely to water line 3x, spins, drains), and a final dry spin at about 5mins left. The display shows you the stage and you can compare using the key on the label. Fully automatic. Cuts off/on the water as needed (be sure to use plumber's tape to reduce leak possibility. it's that white, thin, nonstick tape they throw into every shower head package you've ever opened.).
I haven't quite figured out the soap to water level display, so I chose a level equivalent to the height of my laundry in the tub and that seemed to work. DON'T put two caps/scoops of detergent in there. It's overkill for a 10lb load to use more than a laundry capfull at most.
Agitation is very good. Normal was a bit rough on my delicates in agitation (still better than the apt building machine that literally eats them), so I'm hoping "standard" = delicate mode.
UPDATE: standard is simply a longer "normal", so it appears that the 10lb model does not in fact have a delicates cycle. That said, it's better than the building's washer that eats and damages my clothes by a long shot.
Things get very dry in the spin cycle, btw. They almost don't feel wet. Not like your usual washer. It's bizarre and you won't believe me until you experience it yourself.
Also the agitation cycle is pretty loud, as is the spin. The water intake sounds like the shower a bit through a wall. The rest, not so much.
ETA: 2 months later and I still like this machine I don’t looooveee it but it still gets the job done I’m still not sure what is the difference between all the cycles except for the length of time so that’s annoying they all seem to go the same thing idk why there’s 10 cycles and 9 of them do the same thing. 🤷🏾♀️
Arrived 1 day early and Packaged nicely no dents or signs of wear from
Shipping and handling, Very satisfied for now there was some water on the bottom
However but it does say that the machines were tested and are bound to have some water at the bottom so I’m not surprised. I will come back to update my review after my first wash and spin but for now I am extremely satisfied !!
I washed my first load today and I am so satisfied with the quality of this machine, it is very efficient the clothes came out clean smelling nice and almost completely dry after the air dry cycle just wow this is a great product. I did have to get a coupler & fitting piece for my hose to fit to the kitchen sink, I also replaced the original plastic water inlet hose with a more sturdy and longer (8ft) metal hose all bought from Home Depot. I included the pictures of the hose and adaptor (coupler & fitting) as well. I am
However wondering if it’s possible to replace the water pump hose as well my only con to this machine is that I just wish the pump hose was a bit longer but I definitely do no regret purchasing if you’re having second thoughts don’t it is well worth the money.
ETA: I got a drain hose extension from Home Depo so that I can extend the hose a little longer to reach my sink or my bathtub without having to push the washer into my whole kitchen or whole bathroom this is a lifesaver if you live in a small apartment and are pressed for space
