I have had this product for 1 year. It is truly convenient, cures frustration from needing to borrow someone's glasses to read a menu, etc.
I would buy it again. So, that's the compliment part of my experience. In the year that I've had it, I have fixed it with crazy glue a total of 3 times (the bridge over the nose). I can't fix them any more, so I will wait for my next phone (2.5 weeks from now) and re-buy the glasses / case.
I wish that the manufacturer could engineer a better way of attaching the glasses to the flexible bridge, something like titanium or kevlar. The design is really flimsy, any designer can look at a brand-new unit and say "that's going to break, sooner than you think". I am NOT an abuser. I "baby" these glasses when removing-from and replacing them in the case, and I really only need it for menus and texts, and that's not as much as my other psycho-phone-friends. The company and product are admirable. They don't have competition. Yet. Thanks, and thanks to ThinOptics.
These things are the BEST! I have them attached to my phone so they are with me everywhere I go. I don't need full readers that often, but in a dim restaurant, or reading labels in a grocery store, these things come in so handy! I don't go anywhere without them. People always comment on how cool they are when I take them out!
I broke the nose clips off my first pair, and ThinOptics was AWESOME with replacing them. They back up their word on the Lifetime Guarantee 100%! Great customer service!
I don't use them my wife does and she likes them a lot but the only problem is I bought the wrong size I bought 2.0 that should've been stronger. Also I do like the lifetime warranty she's had them since Christmas which is about a month and a half and something broke on the nose thing and I called Amazon and they sent me another with no problem. I just hope I don't have to keep ordering these every few months

adding an update on 10/13. the nose bridge on the glasses broke and i went to thinoptics.com/replace. the process was super easy and there was no cost at all to replace the broken glasses...not even shipping costs. these are definitely a great purchase if you need to use readers occasionally or a lot.
Saw a friend of mine with these and had to get a pair. It’s a great idea and gives someone backup readers in a pinch. I have these stashed in several key places in my life, and blood pressure has dropped a few points. The glasses occasionally get weaseled out of the pouch.

This is a very handy tool to have if you need readers. My only complaint that I have is one side of the glass holder came unglued. We were able to glue it back and now it works great! I bought a pair for my mother because when she talks on her cell phone she is forever looking for a pair of glasses! Now she no longer has to as long as she remembers to put them back in her case. She absolutely loves it.
I can't attest to how long they'll last, however, I registered them with ThinOptics & they are now guaranteed for life i.e. free replacements. These are just what I was looking for! I thought I'd need to buy an antique pair of pince nez until I found these. They fit in my wallet & are perfect for things like reading small labels.

the phone case is good quality as well, however you need to be careful because if you drop the phone it's not as proctetive as otterbox and similar.
I’m always fumbling for my reading glasses when I need to use my phone. Problem solved! This product is just outstanding. Love, love, love my thinoptics reading glasses. I never seem to have glasses when I need them, and don't like wearing them around my neck. Since I always have my cell phone, it is smart to couple the two together. Now I always have my glasses! Very flexible and easy to put on.
