I bought this 2.5 years ago. So far it has been excellant and trouble free. I offer one suggestion. The installation must allow for air circulation in the back at the bottom. I noticed the second day that the cooling unit gets very hot. This is normal, but the unit has no cooling fan and relies on circulation. Continued hot operation will shorten the life of electronics. I bought a 4" electronic equipment cooling fan, available on Amazon and at large electronic stores, for about $5 and placed it on the floor aimed at the freezer "motor". The fan runs 24/7 and maintains the freezer working parts at a much cooler temp.
I purchased the freezer for use in my motor home. I fill with organic frozen products, because I spend a lot of time in areas of the country where people think 'organic" is a foreign word.
This freezer was an excellent purchase. If you have an RV with a small built in frig/freezer, or a small apartment, and like to keep frozen foods, this unit is for you.
It is also light enough, about 75 pounds, that you can easily move it.
Again, add some means for additional cooling of the "motor". The little 4" 12 volt fan has been running quietly 27/7 for 2.5 years. It makes a huge difference in the temperature of the freezer working parts, making for a more efficient operation and very likely extending the freezer's life.
I have only had the unit for a few weeks, so cannot speak to longevity. I will say that it arrived missing a leg, which I suspect was an issue with the seller and not the manufacturer. Instead of return the freezer, I emailed supentown directly and they replied right away and sent me the part for free even though I offered to pay for it. I thought it was worth mentioning. The freezer is a great addition to our pantry: we wanted shelves to store extra frozen berries, vegees, and meals for our toddlers. It fits the bill.
We purchased this for a research lab. We needed an Upright freezer so we could put it right under the laboratory benches... There is no way that you can find a small upright freezer in any stores.... Never heard of this brand before, but it works great so far. Highly recommend it.
THIS IS A NICE NO DEFROST FREEZER. THE INTERIOR IS OCCUPIED BY BASKETS THAT HOLD YOUR FROZEN ITEMS. FOR THE PRICE IT IS A LITTLE LARGER THAN OTHERS AND SEEMS TO BE DOING THE JOB OF KEEPING THE FROZEN STUFF FROZEN. I LIKE IT A LOT. IT HAS LOTS OF ROOM.
I got this to put in our mechanical room in the basement and have been really happy. It uses so little electricity and gives the extra freezer space I needed. The finish is nice, so it could be left in an area that is visible.

I needed to have more freezer room for my full time RV experience, and this is about 1/2 the size of my whole fridge. Just what I needed. The tag says it only cost 25 a year to run.
I've had compact reefer & freezer before, when I lived in a small condo, I didn't want anything I couldn't move by myself. This one is perfect, very quiet, gets cold & stays there, very roomy for the two of us, easily organized compartments,very convenient. Can't say enough good things about this product. Have had it about 2 mos., so far, so good.
Completely met expectations for a small, inexpensive freezer. It fit well in a dinky place in the garage, and is just what we needed to hold homemade stock.
We bought this to store breast milk in when our son was born and it's been great! It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Would highly recommend.
I have had this freezer for 6 mos now and am entirely satisfied. It is quiet and efficient. The pull out baskets on each shelf make finding things easy. The wheels make rolling it when I clean easy. The extra box made sure there was no damage during shipping.
