Whisper quiet, easy to install.
I saw some reviews complaining about the installation, even one saying that they hired a pro and it took over three hours. Your pro was milking the clock my friend. I'm a grandmother and this was a new install (I wasn't hooked up for a dishwasher prior) and it took me about 45 minutes. I had an E6 error code right off the bat and called tech support. The problem was low water pressure and easily resolved by turning the shut-off valve up.
Tech support is the best!
Compact and cute. When ordering these appliances make sure you measure exactly and check with your contractor or installer before you order. All of thes small appliances are so different in size.
The house did not have a dishwasher when we purchased. The space I had was just short of being my friend able to install a regular size washer. I use the normal setting even after it was taken 2 days to fill the machine and all the items come out sparkling clean. Be careful not to place too tall items in bottom, my only dislike.
The product arrived on time and although it was double boxed and very well protected within those boxes the product had damage to the lower left and lower right stainless steel front panel. I placed a call to SPT and the Customer Service representative whose first name is Bridget took my complaint very cheerfully telling me that all that I had to do was send her via email a picture of the above stated damages and that she would send me a new front stainless steel panel. The new panel arrived in short order and was very simple to change making the new dish washer look beautiful..Through out the process of obtaining the new panel, Bridget kept me up to date almost daily as to her ordering the new panel for me and when I would receive it. The new dish washer has been in service for two weeks now and my wife loves it as it does a very good job, is acceptably quite during the wash cycles and the dishes and pots and pans are exceptionally clean as they exit the machine. All in all I would not hesitate to recommend this dish washer to my family and friends.
Way better than i expected. I don't even rinse and they come out sparkling clean. I had no place for a bigger dishwasher so I thought I would have to settle on a mediocre clean but very happy with purchase. Finally don't have to wash dishes!

Works perfectly, very quite and looks good in my kitchen! Highly recommend!
I had to have someone come in and install it for me. Installers seemed quite impressed by it. No heating element. Only downside. Washes well. A "normal" load is 1 hr 45 min.
This is a decent dishwasher for the price, I shopped around and if you want to spend 2-300 more dollars on a name brand go for it.
The install wasn’t hard just time consuming. What made it easier for me was to raise it up so I could get my hands under the frame. My only complaint would be the silverware holder slides around a lot. Other than that everything works.
Bought for rent house. Easy installation. No complaints from renter.
Great value for stainless steel unit. Very quiet operation, operation is easy. Installation a bit more challenging than the one replaced. Dish and cutlery washing works excellent.
