Received CAM-WNR2P-OU same day order. Have had 3 days.
Little vague on set up directions but intuitive and was able to do. Problem was it did not work the first several attempts and I did not know if it was user error or other problem. Kept doing same thing and it did work after several tries. Then it got unplugged and took several attempts to get hooked back up.
Installed: I like the video, sound is ok most the time. Viewing on my iPhone using ap works good. You do need to Turn off ap each time you get out or when you go back you are no longer live. Was able to take snap shots and video to phone. Just got my sd card and it is very easy to access recordings picked up from motion. I am not sure what will happen when the sd card is full. Will it loop or will I need to pull and clear? Unless I want to save and it does not loop I will just reformat disc so I do not have to remove. Camera did get unplugged again when I installed card. I did have to reset and install. Worked first try.
Over all, so far I am happy and would buy again. Only four stars due to initial set up issues.
Update, next day. Pain of set up gone. Great camera with great features.
I want to compare to larger unit bought at Costco.
Plusses:
This unit: WiFi to phone. Costco: drilled holes to run cables into house
This camera: great picture. Even in total darkness you can recognize the person in the video. Costco: day vision is acceptable, night vision is not as clear
This camera: very easy to find and view recorded video and can quickly down load and save to phone. This will make quick and easy to share. Costco: cannot access stored video on phone ap easily. This could be due to recording 24/7. It is easier to access Costco from dvr. I do not have this unit attached to dvr or any storage unit other than my phone.
Minuses:
Cost: this unit $115 with sd card purchased separately (1 camera). Costco 4 cameras, 1tb dvr $250 plus 4 cameras added from Amazon for $80 (reconditioned, one went out and was replaced with no hassle)
Recordings: This camera, set to record motion only due to limited storage. Costco: records 8 cameras 24/7 saves for about 2 weeks before overwriting dvr
Monitor: this unit: only views on phone. Costco: attached to monitor so all 8 cameras are available to view instantly from inside house, also viewing on demand on phone.
Which is better: This unit easy to install and monitor from phone. Cosco: great for entire house area and continued recordings
2nd follow up
One week later: Camera was offline for 24 hours. I tuned off and rebooted after 5 try’s and I could not get the final step to complete. I went to Amazon a d the patched me to Nightowl. I got off the phone very fustrated. I was told there was nothing wrong with the camera and even though it had been working and now it did not. Their solution was to move the camera closer to the router. Since that was not an option I invested another $26 and bought a WiFi booster. Took two tries to hook up and is working very fast and not locking up like it sometimes did before. Easy solution. Too bad Nigjtowl didn’t suggest
I have now had camera about a month. At least once a week the camera goes off line on my phone ap. The camera continues to work and record. I just cannot see what is going on. The only way to fix has been to delete the camera from the ap and reset the camera. This does not delete anything on the memory card, so I can view anything that has happened while offline. Wel. It happened again today. I will not be home for 3 more days. I will not be able to monitor my property. I believe the problem is with the ap, but I don’t know. What I do know is if the vandals hit this weekend I will not be able to call the police.
3rd follow up
Kept going off line due to bad router. So that issue is solved. Due to storm lost power several times one evening. Kept working even though it lost connection for few seconds. Adventually had to reset camera. Much happier lately.
Final review 2/22/19:
Several weeks with no problems. Upgraded app has really helped. Overall, now that the pain is forgotten, I am happy with the unit and it is doing exactly what I bought it for
The camera is easy to set up, in fact it almost sets itself up. The app has worked flawlessly so far and Night Owl support has been responsive when needed. I have two of these cameras installed and can see no drawbacks. I would recommended.
I bought these cameras to use in the house, but with a view toward having them aimed out the windows to keep an eye on the yard and roadway at my home. They DO NOT have night vision ability at all. If it is windy outside, I get constant warnings on my cell phone that movement was noted. They were very easy to set up with my existing Night Owl Security modem.
I bought one of these at Walmart 6 months ago and was really happy with the easy set-up and installation, so I recently bought another one here on Amazon. I had it set-up within 15 minutes. I love how easy it is and not having to set-up a DVR or other recording device. These are the best.
Night or day I get the video I need to see what is going on and the audio is good as well

i bought this for my dealership to replace one that broke, there was an use one that was 20 dollars cheaper and said it had a scratch on the bottom but didn't see one, either way didn't matter, as it goes outside, this is a great camera tho!
We use this as a "doggie" cam to watch our dog while at work. Pretty much plug & play once set up, we have moved it to several different locations with ease.
Awsome.... easy to install, great resolution, works good day and night
Easy setup, easy to link to current DVR or wirelessly to your phone. View is exactly what we needed.
I need to return did not realize window would close so early.
system I bought this for is limited to four channels
