I received my order in a timely fashion and the product was as expected. At the time I ordered the transfer paper it was the least expensive option. I am still not quite sure why transfer paper is so expensive but I also can't find a substitute that works as well. I tried contact paper, painters tape, and Glad Press and Seal and none of then worked despite claims on pinterest. If you want perfect vinyl transfer every time then you need to use transfer paper. I did discover that you can reuse it two or three times during the same crafting session. I would order from this company again.

Being new to using my Cricut, it took me a while before deciding on which kind of transfer paper to buy. I wanted something of good quality that was a good deal since I would be using it so much. I'm new to using vinyl for crafts, having only bought my cricut a couple of months ago. Had been purchasing only the Cricut brand of everything. But after branching out to other brands, I found some disappointments, but this product, I love. It grips the vinyl lettering, peeling it away easily from the backing, but also releases after burnishing onto your surface. I had so many problem with Cricut's strong grip transfer tape, and the regular tape was not strong enough on some projects, bu this tape transfers vinyl like a dream. Plus it's so economical. I get way more footage per roll. I will definitely be buying this again.
as a first time user of vinyl, this transfer tape has made using it SO much easier! the tape is thick and sturdy with and without the backing on. in a good way. once you peel the backing off, the grid lines are on the sticky tape side so it is very easy to place it against the vinyl design you are using. it sticks on well and is easy to peel off once you have set the vinyl in place. wont be disappointed if you buy

This works much better for my needs. I use this for our vinyl stickers. I used to use the Cricut brand and found it to be too sticky. I needed something that was inexpensive, and worked well. This has just the right amount of stick for transferring something once. It may work more than once, but I've never used it for that. I'll be ordering again. Thank you!
I took the time to read through some of the lower star reviews and it seems that for those specific products those people might want to use a strong grip transfer paper. That being said I LOVE this paper. I was skeptical when it first arrived, it didn't seem tacky, at all. The problem I was having prior to purchasing this product was that many of the transfer papers I was using were ripping my vinyl apart, not coming off, way too tacky.
What I love about this product is that I can cut a 12x12 piece and use it up to 4 times applying different vinyls! Thats a huge plus and money saver for someone who is selling their items and trying to create a profit where ever I can. I have been using it with Oramax stencil vinyl. Yes I do put some elbow grease into scraping it and sometimes need to use my weeder to grab pieces that wont remove but its worth it since I'm saving money on vinyl that would have normally been wasted while using stronger adhesive brands. Ordering my second roll now!

I'm back to buy my third roll of this transfer paper; decided to leave a review this time. I have to make very precise and detailed adhesive vinyl masks (maximum 0.25mm alignment tolerance for detailed images with many separate parts, placed "blind" on opposite sides on an opaque material - yikes!) Placing them with any precision would be impossible without transfer paper.
The adhesive has been of consistent strength on the two rolls I've used so far. For my purposes (transferring very detailed multi-part adhesive vinyl designs) it has it just the right amount of tackiness: it adheres well, and also releases well.
Perhaps most critically for me, the paper does not stretch or deform, so the transferred image is dead-on exactly the same size as it was when originally cut, every time.

For simple projects, this works really good. For instance, if you have a line of words or a single word or design, you can easily use this to line up your work for placement on your project item. However, if you are doing something more complex and layered, this will be difficult to use as you can't see through it very well. I was expecting it to be clear (my fault for not reading the description properly and making assumptions). Overall, I'm not disappointed I ordered it but will need to get some clear transfer paper as well.
I am a bit new to the vinyl crafting scene. This is my second purchase of transfer paper- my first purchase was the Cricut strong grip and I could never get it to work. After reading reviews and searching Amazon, I purchased this due to it being a bit cheaper than the others. After using it a few times these are my thoughts.
The pros: The vinyl easily peeled off from the paper. I have used it once and I was able to use it about two times before having to throw it away. It definitely wasn't as sticky as the Cricut transfer tape (which is good).
The Cons: While it wasn't as sticky as the Cricut transfer tape (which as I mentioned earlier was a good thing) I felt like it could have been a tad stickier. I had to continuously scrape the vinyl/transfer paper while peeling it from the paper.It seemed as if it wasn't quite stuck on the transfer paper. Also, the transfer paper is not clear, making it a bit difficult to place it on your project.
Overall: it's a decent product and will use the whole roll but I will probably try something else the next time to compare. Again, by no means am I am expert on vinyl products but I feel like I need something a bit easier to use because of it.
