I was looking for a product with fewer chemicals, but I’m not entirely sure if this is it. I typically use the wool balls, but sometimes I need the effects of dryer sheets and these work very well for removing pet hair and static. You can absolutely use one sheet for two dryer loads (need to re-wet the sheet), maybe even a third if you’re the frugal type. Then, I repurpose the used ones for dusting (wet or dry) and they work great for picking up dust and pet hair on baseboards, ledges, etc! Will definitely continue to purchase when the time comes.
I have been wanting a more natural way to soften and remove static from my laundry without leaving a residue on my clothes and I remembered I had used these for a time a few years ago and liked them, but wasn't yet ready to give up my Bounce dryer sheets which I now know leave chemicals and residue on clothing. These dryer sheets are slightly damp and have almost a cloth-like texture. They don't have a fragrance to them and it's best to keep them in a ziploc bag or a plastic container once the package is opened. I have been using Charlie's Soap Charlie's Soap - Fragrance Free Laundry Liquid - 160 Loads (1 Pack), and these dryer sheets for a while and now if I smell laundry washed and dried with fragrance the scent actually makes me feel a bit nauseated. The reason I gave these dryer sheets four out of five stars is, even though they work great at getting rid of static cling and softening clothes, they are not really reusable. I can reuse a sheet by re-dampening it and throwing it in a small load, but if I reuse a sheet in a regular/large load, it does not work well enough alone.
It's so hard to find moist dryer sheets anymore. No stores (near me) sell them anymore. Luckily, Amazon still does. Now, I know what you're thinking, "They just dry out in the dryer, don't they?" Sort of. But even after one dryer use, they're still minorly damp. (The package actually says to use each one three times, but that genuinely doesn't work. I tried. After the first use, they don't soften anymore.) However, 2 sheets is enough for a large load (instead of 4-6 dry sheets).
I haven't tried any scents yet, the unscented seems to be fine.
My first impression when I opened this package was that I was shocked at how small the package is. It is about the size of a deck of cards, but thicker. I had some initial doubts that the product would be worth the expense.
It turns out that they work great, and the small size has been an unexpected bonus in my already crowded laundry room. This would also be handy if you were traveling to the laundromat! The sheets are very moist, and the resealable package does a great job of keeping them that way. If you were only going to use them once in a long while, though, you might consider double bagging to keep them moist over time.
Each sheet can each be used for 2-3 loads in the dryer; we just leave it in the dryer between loads. We've been using them for about a month now, and have noticed that they really seem to work to reduce wrinkles, cut down static, help remove pet hair, lint and other "fuzzies", and make clothing, sheets, and towels feel extra soft. I was initially worried that a moist sheet might make greasy spots on clothes, but have not had any trouble with that.
I love that they are fragrance free, biodegradable, and made with all natural, plant based ingredients and fibers - I feel much better using these than the heavily perfumed, greasy-feeling, "big name brand" boxed sheets!
My wife was getting Honest dryer sheets which worked well but the overall subscription made less sense as our son passed the baby and toddler stages (i.e. no more diapers, wipes, etc.). We wound up only using the dryer sheets so I was looking for a replacement and I found these.
These dryer sheets work well. We both like the damp dryer sheets better than the previous dry ones.

these make the clothes smell fresh, keep static at bay and have a great rating on EWG! cant ask for more than that!
We have tried SO MANY dryer sheets that ranked well on EWG and I have to say that these were the ONLY ones that we liked. They leave our clothes smelling nice (no added scent) and as long as we do not over dry, no static. I highly recommend these. Check out their rating on EWG.org
I love these dryer sheets.. I don't do a lot for the planet but this is me trying and not everything I've bought is as good as this product but not too bad either. I appreciate the huge contribution this gal makes by making these products for us to buy and do our little parts. I can only compare the dryer sheets to the other well known high priced ones and these work just as well.. Wish I could give you scent descriptions Or more details but my smell doesn't work that well. I will buy again.
I love these dryer sheets. My clothes come out fresh without any static and I can relax that I am not putting any chemicals or perfumes into my clothes. I actually like that they are wet like the clothes because it is my belief that as they both dry the sheets will release the softener.
