Colors are nice and no repeats, and it seems to have "shades" of colors, so when I am embroidering, I can vary my colors, such as grass, from light to dark green. I paid for the convenience of having these picked out and shipped to me, but in no way is this a value pack or a good deal, as I paid a lot more than I would have at the craft store. However, in the essence of time, I just bought these. The quality is great, and it comes with patterns, which I will probably not use as they are not my style.
Many years ago I started to cross stitch, but did not keep it up because I was always too busy. You know what I mean - husband, kids, animals, job, etc. Well, I'm older now and don't have all that pressure anymore, and since I became disabled and can no longer work, I have all the time in the world to do things I love doing, and that I'm able to do. So I decided to start cross stitching again. I love doing it, but what I love the most is giving people gifts that I made myself. And, I find that 'most people' really appreciate gifts made especially for them. And what makes the gifts so nice is always using the DMC embroidery floss. The quality of DMC products is second to none. The higher the quality of materials used makes the gift that much more appealing and a definite keepsake for the receiver of the gift.

Beautiful colors and I love the variety in this pack! I wasn't sure what colors I would need for my next project so this was a great choice. I haven't had any break when pulled tight, nor have the colors run. Would definitely recommend.
These colors are bright and beautiful- a great collection of different shades of each color that coordinate well together- a perfect collection for general embroidery or crewel- good quality also.

Just what I expected
We loved the colors that came in the package. The DMC is quality that I expected. Good purchase for the money. I would buy again. Used for crafts, bracelets and embroidery.
love the colors in this kit a must buy for any dmc collection and it comes with a cross stitch design.
Great selection of colors. Hard to get any one color out of the box without pulling them all out, but that's not a huge deal.
