I've had this dishwasher for about a week now, and have thrown some pretty caked on stuff at it! So far it hasn't disappointed me. Going from a full size dishwasher at my old apartment, to having to buy a counter top one for my new apartment, I was a little concerned the first time I ran it. It sounded like it was lacking ALOT of pressure. But my dishes always came out spotless. So I guess it has enough to do the job. The drying is a little on the lacking side, but then again it doesn't have a heating element in it. If you put it on the extra drying setting, it does ok. I've only ran it on the heavy cycle, as that's what Ive always ran my dishwashers on. So I can't comment on how good the other cycles do.
It’s a biggun, no doubt and heavy! I have a small galley kitchen and it takes up an entire section of counter, but it’s worth it. Installation was a breeze. I hooked it up within a few minutes and that was because I watched a couple of YouTube videos prior to receiving it so I knew what to do. It’s great that it comes with all of the equipment and the faucet adaptor and tubing were already assembled.
I’ve had it for under a month but use it about every other day. I’ve washed everyday dishes and pots and pans. My nonstick cookware is not dishwasher safe and I realized that after I ran it through a cycle and saw the bottom of the pots/pans on the outside were discoloring and one has the interior coating wearing away. I’m willing to live with that for the convenience of not having to wash my dishes! But check your items before putting them in case you care about them.
I’ve been experimenting with detergent. I find the gel leaves water spots even with the rinse aid, however the power packs rinse/dry better. The manual says do not use the packs because they don’t always dissolve and they’re right. The first time tried I had a pack casing at the bottom of the dishwasher with detergent still inside. But because it cleans/rinses/dries better than the gel in my opinion I’ve taken to puncturing the casing to help the dissolving issue. A small slit across the powered side and I haven’t had any dissolving issues since! I wonder if the powder is too abrasive on my nonstick pots. The gel also seems to work for cleaning, but I don’t like the water spots. I’ve cleaned pots with rice residue stuck on the, crusty residue from seared meats, dried macaroni and cheese, etc. only a couple of times have items come out dirty. So they just go back in for another cycle.
I can’t tell if the rinse agent dispense is filled. My kitchen is dark and the machine has no interior light. The hole is small and hard to tell if it’s changing colors/size of the indicator because it just looks black. The clear indicator is the panel indicator light that tells you when it’s needed. It doesn’t seem to take a lot: 1-2 tablespoons, maybe?
I find loading the tray a bit difficult. The spindles don’t flex and are placed really close together. Maybe it’s he shape of my dishes, but I manage to get them in there. I have differs dishe sets and sizes so I make it work. It would be easier to load if the tray had more clearance from the unit, but ultimately that just means taking it out of the machine, loading it and putting back in and hoping everything fits.
The LCD dashboard is cool. I like having the cycle countdown. I’m not fully comfortable leaving the unit unattended with the water supply on all day yet so the countdown lets me know how long a cycle will run for and how long is left so I can my departure or returns back home. Thankfully so far no water leaks or otherwise issues.
I bought this particular model because it’s silver and I wanted it to match my appliances. If not for that I might have brought a different model or even brand. I think the quirks I’ve identified may be addressed in other higher rated brands, but for me they weren’t dealbreakers.
This unit didn’t come with an extended warranty option on Amazon, but you can get one from the manufacturer for $20-50 after you register the machine online.
Bottom line is it does a very good job at what I want/need it to do - get dirty dishes out of my sink and wash them for me. I couldn’t ask for more!
It seems to do it's job so far. It had a small dent in the top as seen in the picture that was most likely caused from shipping. I added a few picture of the outside of it just because I haven't seen too many pictures of this dishwasher when researching it. I would describe the color as more of a silver and not stainless steel.
This really surprised me thought it would be a piece a crap but one of the best things I ever purchased. Dishes are so clean. Love, Love, love it!
Good for most dishes. Larger items wont fit but cleans great

This dishwasher exceeded my expectations. It was easy to install and very low maintenance. I’m glad I bought this brand over the others I was looking it.
Love it..only complaint would be , dishes need to be hand dried..
So a friend gifted this dishwasher to me on my birthday, since I live in a studio and I couldn't have a full size dishwasher. I knew that there was no way I could put it on my counter- way too bulky. I researched a little and saw some people do a permanent installation for this machine. Ans that's what I did- I installed it in the under-the-sink cabinet. First, I had to get rid of the intake hose that came with the machine- the size for the water connector was metric and it won't fit the water line. I just bought the standard dishwasher water intake hose and connected it to the double split water valve. No problem there. The waste drain hose was harder, but I cut off the piece that connects to the part that is supposed to connect to the faucet. I attached that cut end to the dishwasher branch tail piece and secured with the clamp. The rest was just the plumbing, the sales associate at the hardware store helped me figure out my configuration. Looking at the pictures will give you an idea how I did it. I hope this will help DIYs like me.
Regarding the performance I think it's doing ok. It takes a couple of tries to figure out how to set the dishes properly. I only used it a few times though.
6/5/18 Update.
I have been using this dishwasher every other day and here is the update on my above review:
*I actually attached the water intake hose to the cold water and it seems to be fine, it heats the water by itself;
* I tried using the dishwasher detergent packs and there was the soapy residue on dishes left, the instructions actually do not recommend using the packs. So I bough the seventh generation powder (clean and clear) and had no issues with the smell or residue since then.
*the instruction says there is no drying cycle, so the dishes just partially dry from the heat that was left from the hot water. They never ever come out completely dry- no biggie for me, I wipe them with a towel
*The dishes come out clean and that is what's important
* All the hoses should be attached very tightly with a wrench to ensure leak free connection
* ask for help someone at the hardware store to help you properly connect the parts.
* do not forget to rinse the filter, as the manual says to do this daily.
