The Soap Star speeds up my cleaning work by adding detergent as I go. In addition to obvious uses, I find it handy for efficiently getting cleaner to vertical surfaces and hard to reach areas.
I bought this for use on soaping/washing my car. The first time I opened the cap and put soap in the container the cap wouldn't go back on. I contacted Brush Hero and they quickly sent me a new one. The new one works great. I was very pleased with their customer support on handling the issue I had with the original one.
This has been the missing piece to my window-washing kit I had bought years ago from another vendor. In that kit, the valve connecting the hose and wand was so flimsy it snapped the first time I used it. But not this unit. It's made of durable materials for the purpose of outside cleaning so there is no lack of confident that it could do the job.

The Brush Hero Soap Star is an excellent cleaning tool. It’s very versatile and easy to use on so many things. I first used it to clean my picnic table for a family 4th of July picnic. I used the Muck Buster soap sample that came with it and sprayed the table with the Soap Star sprayer. The sprayer has six different settings to choose from. I chose the jet spray for all the dirt and muck that needed to be removed from my table. I also used the shower setting for the rinse. It took the muck right off. For the more tricky spots, I removed the spray nozzle and attached the Brush Hero Brush so that I could get some real torque action in on my cleaning. When I was done, I put the Soap Star nozzle back on, left it on the “water” setting, and watered my garden!
Works okay. Would be nice to be able to control amount of soap being applied.
After getting the brush hero, I decided to try the Soap Star and it is a great addition. It can be connected altogether or used individually. The soap dispenser really helps get the car lathered and then, with a twist just rinse it off.
Great quality product Great seller. I was worried about the soap not coming through but it's designed well.
The Soap Star can be connected with the Brush Hero so you can scrub using soapy water. It can also be used as a stand alone product and act like a garden hose attachment. It's easy to use just like the Brush Hero and is especially handy for washing cars. I just bought it and have really enjoyed using it so far. It's not just the ease of use, but it is really effective as well. If you do work around the house, I highly recommend this product.
