We travel 6 mos. of the year w/our RV and when we stop for the night I need to have my books! That makes this a must have. Works well and I choose items like this in pink so it does not get confused w/my husbands 'wires'. All around great find!
Works great on long trips. We just plus in the Kindle and leave it the whole trip. Between reads and games the Kindle still gets a full enough charge. It so much better than ending up with a dead battery and having to charge it while we sit someplace.
We have so many electronic gadgets in our family that I could never find my car charger when I needed it. Everyone else always claimed it because I always kept it in the car. Now that have a pink one, there's no question about it anymore. Works great too!
This does the job well so far. I've read reviews about not having enough power to charge kindle but mine has worked great however I try not to let our kindles battery go all the way dead while were in the car. Cord is plenty long enough for my extra outlet (I have an SUV) and kids to still play games in backseat while charging and it's cute!!
