I own 30 of them now for my business and have only had problems with 2. Avanti is really great about honoring the warranty. As far as dents on arrival it has always been the shipping company. Be sure to take it out of the box upon arrival. Great freezers.
So far the product is working good, but it arrived damaged. There was a dent in the back and also a dent/gash in the side that even took off the paint. Disappointed on the size inside. It is not totally open. There is a shelf on one side so you can't fit near as much in there as we thought that we could. We do like the sliding top.
