Just received my Vitruvi diffuser and absolutely love it!! The design is simple and elegant, and the porcelain is clearly of high quality unlike other "high-end" diffusers i've bought. I had heard good things online and saw this at Nordstrom and Goop so had to try it. It is on the smaller side and works best in spaces like my bathroom or bedroom - I think the capacity is 100ml. I would recommend putting in a few extra drops if your'e using this in a larger room. Also picked up the peppermint oil which is very strong and works great in the diffuser. Very affordable as well at a high quality oil.
Absolutely perfect customer service from Vitruvi! Bought a diffuser for my daughter for Christmas and accidentally jostled it while moving some furniture, causing it to stop working. Contacted customer service, got a live person on the phone, who told me that their product should be more durable this and immediately sent a replacement which I received within two days, free of charge. My other Vitruvi diffuser has been going strong for a year with no issues whatsoever. Plus the product is beautiful. So nice to have a responsive, customer friendly company!
I bought a black diffuser for my wife as a gift because she had been talking about it after finding it on Goop. It's easy to use and there wasn't a set up process which I had been expecting. Although it was a gift I really enjoyed it too and since have purchased one for my office. I would say best to use in a smaller enclosed area like a bedroom or office vs. a large living room.
I have been using my Vitruvi Stone Diffuser for 3 days now and I am quite pleased with it. First off, it was very well packaged and super easy to set up. The instructions were clear and helpful and, after a brief cleaning of the internal parts, I had it up and running in minutes. The black stone diffuser is very attractive and something that I would have no problem leaving out for view. It will probably be an interesting conversation starter with guests, particularly if it is running. It does make a soft gurgling water sound which, at first, I wasn't sure if I liked. But, I quickly got used to it and find it relaxing, like sitting near a brook. It diffuses the essential oils very well and does not make any mess or leave any water / oil residue around it. I recommend it!
This diffuser is amazing! It is unlike any other diffuser I've seen - it's sleek, elegant and fits into any space in my apartment. I love blending the different Vitruvi essential oils in the diffuser and putting it on the 7-hour cycle. It makes my place smell great all day! Next purchase will be the white one!

As far as diffusing goes, this works as well as the cheaper Stadler Form diffusers I've owned. I purchased both colors for the aesthetic and with that comes the hefty price tag (I love the look...is it worth more than $100...hmmm?). My 4-star rating is because it automatically turns off before the small tank is empty. While it's not stopping halfway or anything like that, there's always what I consider to be a fair amount of water left in there which kind of throws me off if I want to change the scent because I have to empty the tank. Doesn't bother me that much because it works and my main reason for purchasing it was for the look. I hate those bright, plastic ones that just look cheap and ugly.
I got the black diffuser and it looks really beautiful in my apartment…it feels like a decorative piece. You can tell the ceramic is really high quality and I like that there are 2 settings for the timer. Overall, love it!!
Everything about this product is a premium product. Ive had other, cheaper diffusers and they always seem to break. This arrived in 2- days (thank you Prime!) and I could tell from the second I opened the package this is different. First: it's art - it looks awesome, so I dont need to hide it the way I do the others. Second - it is sturdy. You can tell this is made well. Really well. I love it. For those just interested in having something, this may not be the one for you. For those that are looking for a premium product that is very well built and looks great - I *highly* recommend this!!
Most gorgeous looking diffuser. Perfect size, eh modern and attractive look. Diffuser aroma into our waiting room very faintly (but that she our preference). We’re eived many compliments on it and will be purchasing more!
I gave the Vitruvius five stars because it works every well, but I don’t know if I would purchase again. I had to do a replacement order and the quality was different from the first one. It looks like they changed manufacture. I ended up keeping the original item sent. Just a better look, texture felt nicer and quality detail much better. I would give it a try. Maybe they upgrade the quality and my replacement was the old manufacture.
