We got the stove through Goedeker because the price was $2,165.67 no tax and free delivery. I checked reviews on Goedeker on the net and they were no all that positive, but I took a chance since the store was at Amazon, right from the start they let me know that the SAMSUNG NX58H9950WS was out of stock and it would take about 4 weeks to to get it, all through out that time they communicated with the status of the item. The SAMSUNG arrived a little sooner then expected delivery time.
Delivery was perfect, delivered right to my kitchen and they took the old stove (1940’s) which was very heavy at no charge (I don’t think it was part of the deal, I think they did us a favor), they were very careful while moving the stove in and and taking the old out.
The SAMSUNG NX58H9950WS is wonderful, appear small but has a huge capacity, we love this stove very much, the burners have a great heat adjustment and the control is fantastic, the knobs are very smooth. The oven has an even temperature through out specially if you use the convection, easy to keep clean with just a soft part of a dish sponge and a little soap, wipe with microfiber cloth, we couldn’t be any happier with the SAMSUNG stove.
Overall our experience with Goedeker through Amazon has been very positive.
We highly recommend the SAMSUNG NX58H9950WS.
Fantastic! Love cooking on this. Hefty BTU'S and oven has NO hot spots. It's just as good or better than a Wolf. So easy to clean...really an A+ product.
Only used few times at this writing but include a few comments. Stove packaged nicely with no damage on arrival. Overall quality is excellent with possible exception of top cast iron grates. These appear skimpy and beneath overall weight/quality of the stove, but I defer to Samsung engineering for now. Burner control very good and is touch-panel oven and broiler control. A friend with considerable culinary experience was surprised at the "warming drawer". Said this a great and unexpected feature
super nice oven. my favorite function is that it has a probe on the inside you can put in your food and cook it to temperature. never have to over or under cook anything.
Update: Well we finally got to the bottom of the oven issue. Interesting I was told several times by Samsung that I was the only one on the planet that has ever had such a problem, then one day they said what I had been asking of Sears (who were talking to their installers) and all the previous Samsung service people....... The line pressure coming in to the stove was too high. I had been saying all along it was 2psi and that I there wasn't an appliance pressure regulator on the line any where for this destination that would reduce the pressure to 0.5psi. What I guess threw everyone was that we had a natural gas stove there before replacing it with this one and it worked flawlessly for 23+ years. So, if you're putting in this range and maybe any new model gas appliance ensure there is a pressure regulator in the line and if there isn't put one in, or have one put in when installing the appliance. I could have saved myself several range deliveries and months of headaches if I had just followed my gut and put one in instead of listening to all the "experts" who said I didn't need one.
So far all my issues are really with installation and service. The stove itself is very nice. Now that we have the oven working I'll update my rating from 2 stars to 3. Still chaps my rear that I had to go through so much trouble to get it working and it was all avoidable since before it was installed I had asked if I needed an appliance pressure regulator. Should have trusted my gut on that one.
My biggest complaint to Samsung would be 2 fold: The service folks on the phone and representatives who come to the house should know that this regulator is required and should be aware of the oven's behavior when the pressure it too high.
Now since I've had to install this stove like 12 times, here are some things I found frustrating/annoying.
1) The stove has to be adjusted to be barely above the counter top. Floors are perfectly level and neither are counter tops (ok maybe you'll get lucky but mine were slopped back slightly). I found it difficult to get it adjust correctly. You want the stove level and proper counter top spacing. This required me to "guess", slide stove in to place, see spacing was off, slide it out, adjust, repeat until it was the best fit I could get. Really would be a vast improvement if you could adjust the rear feet when the range is installed (from the front).
2) There is a slot in the back for the counter top to slide in to and there is even some foam for a cushion on the bottom of the slot to, I guess, protect the bottom of the counter top from the metal. This slot is so narrow that if the stove height isn't adjusted perfectly it will push up the counter top (my was a strip of granite). There really doesn't seem to be a need for the foam or the slot to be so narrow.
3) Beware that any blocking to support the counter top that might be attached to the cabinet sides or the wall doesn't extend out too far (stay back from counter top edge). If you don't as you slide the range in it will block it from sliding back properly. I had to trim the blocking my counter top installers installed.
4) Since my cabinets didn't need much shimming (I guess), the stove's feet need to be adjusted to their lowest settings to fit. If they had the feet mounted differently it would allow for a lower minimum height and would allow you to put soft slide felt pads under the feet incase you have have hardwood floors and want to minimize possibilities of scratching the floors.
5) The installation instructions should say for you to check your gas pressure coming to the range is 0.5psi. I would have this as step 1 of the instructions, before connecting the gas line and plugging in the power cord. Right now it's just an obscure specification at the back of the manual.

Bought this stove from Sears. I am on the second stove and will be moving on to the third as the oven won't ignite in either one. Also notice the inside of the oven is much smaller than my 20 year old stove. Maybe because of the convection fan? The burners work great. The repair man also noticed if you turn on the front left burner that the oven ignites? It does work but is a bit suspect? We will be getting another but something so expensive should work! Thank god we bought the extra warranty from Sears!!

Couldn't be happier with this range. Great combination of features and impeccable styling adds function and WOW to any kitchen. Slides in and rests on the counter top. Make sure your counter person adds a strip of supported stone against the wall behind the unit to support it side/side/rear. The holder for woks is great for stir fry.
I purchased the Samsung gas range just before Christmas. I was looking for a gas/electric range however decided the cost of all-gas out weighted the gas/electric benefit. This range has exceeded my expectations in most all categories. I started using the range by baking bread, the "gold standard" for test of an oven. It came out the best I had ever attempted. Next I moved on to cakes, cookies, rack of lamb, meat loaf, boeuf bourgogne, side dishes, and more. Everything were exceptional. The oven temperature was accurate and cooking in regular and convection.
The gas cook top is a delight. I have always found that a gas cook-top is the easiest and most accurate to control. The Samsung did not disappoint. The is a cooks range! You can make the most complicated recipes and the simplest dishes with ease. The only minor comment is that I would like the center oval cook-top burner to have a bit more heat. Other than that, you will not find a better range in this price category.Highly recommend!
Perfect
It used take me like 3hrs to cook some eggs, now I just throw em in there and this stove cooks the s*** out them... in like 5mins mmm, mmm, mmm!
