Portable Washing Machine, KUPPET 17lbs Compact Twin Tub Washer and Spin Dryer Combo for Apartment, Dorms, RVs, Camping and More, White&Blue

This review will reveal both some pros and some cons that I have crossed while owning this washing machine.

I had seen several reviews and videos about wishing it had come with a lint catcher. It does! Built into the inside of your washer and you can pull it out and clean it with relative ease.

This product is both a super portable washing machine and a money saver if you are living in a small restricted place.
I also invested into a dryer tent thing, I'll be dropping a reveiw over there too. Pretty dope.

The cons... You can't just set it and walk away. It will shake.
It will shake hard if you are not careful about how you balance the clothes in them.

Its capacity, since i couldnt get any actual comparisons relevant to my size, 34w34h, I can wash 2 pairs of jeans at a time and spin dry 1 at a time. Would be nice if it had some kind of heating element to the dryer side but yeah, its cool.

The hoses that it comes with are like 12"??? Like wtf can you do with a 12" drain hose? Giggty.

This really is the washer to have in an apartment complex, or an RV. Or any other reason you would need a 3 foot tall portable washing machine.

Overall, I own one and I dont regret the bill spent. I don't have to b line to a laundromat or my parents everytime I got to get some clean socks.

Just what i needed. Once you learn how to use it its great. I didnt like the connect for water to come in so i just pour in water with a bucket. Overall great product and it has a dryer attached doesnt dry clothes super dry but enough to hang dry.

 I love this washer!
After making a few adjustments with some " black girl magic "this washer works perfectly.

The water hose that came with it fits nothing in the house so don't waste your time, just purchased a funnel from the dollar tree, stick it in and add tape around it. Add a shoestring to hold the final around the shower-head ( for easy water flow)

Place the washer inside your bathtub for easy draining.
(Place the whole washer inside a container because when you drain the water from the side it may fill up your tub ) you can use the foam bottom to compare it to something at the store.

And this washer holds a lot more than you think but of course the water needs to spin freely with the clothes inside so try not to over stuff and it will wash very well.

This spin cycle spin so will be at the clothes are barely even damp when you take them out you can pretty much let them air dry! even jeans!

Now all you need is some quarters to dry if you want to and you're good to go this machine pretty much pays for itself within a month. Thumbs up if you found this comment helpful please feel free to ask any questions, also got the warranty just in case! I have had mine for a few months and it still going strong with weekly use.

This is great little machine ! I got this on Friday and I have to say it arrived earlier than expected . After watching a few videos of the other similar machines ( they seem to all work the same way) I pretty much knew how to use it . It fits perfectly in my bathroom and I use the shower head to fill it with water . It really cleans the clothes well . No more spending a fortune in quarters at the laundromat lol .

Amazing washer and dryer for the price. Cleans the clothes and the dryer dries until damp. Even hang drying doesn’t make the clothes smell. We fill manually since it is faster to fill and you can control the amount you put in. The draining tube is extremely short and we place it in the tub to drain since it drains by gravity and not by a pump or anything. We ordered it on Sunday and it said it would arrive after a week and a half and it arrived 2days later on Tuesday. Very easy to set up.

I love it! Took some trial and error to get the soap amount right but after I figured that out it’s amazing. I did have a water accident where I forgot to put the water drain in the tub and it went everywhere. Lol oops.

This is really great I’m disabled and have a hard time going up and down stairs most of the time this washer with spinner weights about 20 lb and fits in the shower in my motor home it took a while to get but it is the next to the largest one I could find it says it will wash a 17 lb load it didn’t agitate well with 3 pairs of lg sweat pants it did really good with 1 or 2 at a time but smaller things did great I did 6 pairs of boxer shorts 2 pairs of socks and 3 xxl t-shirts in 1 load just fine I did have trouble with a pair of Polyester chefs pants they kept floating on top.
So far today after it arrived around noon I’ve done 4 loads of laundry this is big enough it does a regular size load of laundry I have a bigger spinner than this one but this one if you stuff like 1 pair of sweat pants or 2 and just push it so it’s fairly level it will level it self in a cople of seconds and spin up to full speed in a couple more my bigger one is hard to get it to balance most of the time but this one was way easier to balance and everything was dry in 2-3 minutes.
The other thing is the drain hose it hooks on the side so it won’t drip I just sat the washing machine on the seat in the shower dropping the drain hose in back so it dumps into the shower and I put a plastic box opposite from the seat and it was ready to use just took the hose for the shower to fill it and it was ready.
I had trouble getting my work clothes clean so about 5 years ago I got an old wringer washing machine I really don’t like the wringer for a lot of clothes so I got a large spinner to use which was great. But now this washing machine with spinner is just a little wider than my old spinner and it will do just about as large of a load and it’s all in one little box that fits in the shower and I can take it out stick it against the wall and still have room to get around it

I live in a very small place. No room for regular laundry. Going to the laundromat is getting more difficult as I get older. This little machine is the best thing since sliced bread. I set it right in my shower. Water and drain is handy and I have an outlet close enough. How filthy those laundromats are. I had to wash everything twice, when I first got it, until the water wasn't black anymore. I now have clean clothes to wear. I'm like a kid with a new toy

***Edit - after using this machine for about 1.5 months, I have changed my rating from a 4 star review to a 5 star review. I had to get used to all of the extra steps (compared to a regular washing machine), but after about a week I fell in love. I do about 3-4 loads a week (and 1 load per day). I find it is enough for my two-adult household. This is literally the best purchase I've ever made.

I bought this machine since my apartment does not have a washer/dryer hookup. The machine arrived broken. The bottom of the washer side was cracked inside and cracked on the outside. So if you buy this, make sure you inspect it before throwing out the box (and do a cycle of clothes to test it). The good news is that the company made it very easy to return the broken product. I sent pictures of the damage & they gave me a prepaid return label within two days. I dropped it off at the UPS store & they sent me a replacement which arrived in about a week. The replacement was not damaged at all. I just did my first load of clothes and here are the steps/tips I have for you all:

1. If you're using the machine in the kitchen, place the machine on two kitchen chairs pushed together to elevate it in order to make gravity draining easier (make sure you do this before you add the water because the machine is heavy when filled with water). Fill the washer side 3/4th with water. This took about 2 mop buckets of water for me. Add a little soap. Put your clothes in. Wash for 15 min.
2. Drain water into a bucket by changing the setting to drain, unhooking the drain hose, and placing it inside the bucket. When the bucket is full, change back to Standard mode, hang up drain hose, empty bucket. Repeat, draining another bucket full of water.
3. Fill the machine with another 2 buckets of water to rinse. Do not add soap this time. Wash for another 15 min.
4. Repeat step #2 to drain.
5. Remove washer from kitchen chairs and place on the floor to spin. Machine moves around a little bit in the spin cycle, and you do not want it to fall off the chairs. Spin about 1/3 of the clothes you washed at a time. Spin for 2 min each. If you have too many or too little clothes the machine will make more noise. Adjust the spin plate so it is on top of the clothes evenly, or it will be a little noisier than you would like. Hang up clothes on drying rack.
6. After spinning, place the machine back on the kitchen chairs. Drain again. (I did not realize you had to do this after spinning, but could hear the water swishing around on the spinner side).
7. Unplug the machine & leave both doors (washer and spinner) open overnight to dry out the machine completely.

I hope this helps others in making their decision on whether or not to buy this machine, and also those who already have the machine and need step by step instructions (since the booklet they give you isn't great). I've seen a bunch of people using this machine in the bathroom, where it is easier to drain if you put the drain in the shower/tub, but my bathroom is tiny.

I bought this baby after I moved into an apartment that promised free washer/dryer usage. Less than 2 months later, the moron new guy overloaded the washer and broke it. Management tried to replace it with a pay washer. Nope!! I signed up for free, I refuse to use their pay washer!
It is more work, but what the heck, after less than 3 months this will pay for itself. It is easy to use, just plan on buying an extension cord. The spin cycle works better than any conventional washer I've ever seen. It does indeed make everything oddly wrinkly, even after being tossed about in the dryer. But an iron or other tool can easily fix this.
It's been a huge money saver so far. I just hope it holds out! Just plan on doing more small loads more frequently. Use common sense and this shouldn't pose any difficulty.
