the washer is really quiet, though I received a defective water hose. After several emails, the seller have sent me a new one.
The gravity drain, at this size washing machine, wasnt a great option for my small apartment.. All my fault . Would probably work great for other situations such as a camping out trailer. (just an example) The company itself wasn't bad at all. Refunded my money asap and paid for the shipping..
