Looked at way too many wine fridges before deciding on this one due to the looks and the relatively large capacity and overall size. I like the wood shelves and they definitely do fit full bottles of wine which someone complained they don’t. You just have to make sure the back of the wine bottle is sitting on top of the horizontal slat in the back, not pushing up against it which could be hard to notice.
Works perfect and looks great so far. Only complaint is that I thought I broke one of the shelves, but the small staples just came apart a little. Pushed it back together in 10 seconds and it seems fine. I would give it 9/10, especially considering the cost.
This replaces a Wine Enthusiast same size which broke in 6 months. It is quiet running. I like the pull out shelves, but you have to have room to open the door completely. It holds every bottle size I have put in it. It's a nice combo of black and stainless which goes with most newer kitchens today. The light is great and the touch panel is superior to the previous model I purchased. We will see how long it holds up, although I purchased the extended warranty.
Sleek, modern, good quality, has a soft buzz that you would expect from a small refrigerator. Dual zone climate is great. One complaint is that the door has to be all the way open in order to get your bottle out - due to the design of the wooden shelves
It probably looks better than it is but it looks great. There is a soft almost unidentifiable noise which can barely be heard so it's not noisy in my opinion. From the habit of using the family refrigerator to store and cool our white wine we had gotten accustomed to drinking wine at the temperature of the fridge, 36 degrees, which is probably better for beer. This cooler only goes to 46 degrees which is probably still a little cool for still white wine so it took a little getting used to. But we now think the whites taste better at 46+ degrees. We are also very happy to have the reds at 68 degrees. We were a little worried the first night when it didn't seem to cool but by the next morning both upper and lower were where they were set to and have been rock solid ever since. Those considering should be aware that the doors must be completely opened, nearly 170 degrees, to allow you to pull out any of the drawers to place or remove a bottle of wine. Overall so far, 3 months, a great product.
First unit arrived with some damage. Compact Appliance was fantastic in quickly correcting the problem and sending another cooler. Excellent customer service! Cooler works great. I struggled with the size of bottles it could hold as it indicates standard (750ml) bordeaux bottles (which are 2.75" in diameter). But I was pleased that my other 750ml bottles that were slightly larger in diameter (3 to 3-1/8" diameter) fit as well. Very pleased with quality and function.

Wanted to get my husband a wine cooler for Christmas . I did a lot of research on free standing quiet coolers . Decided to get this one and I’m not disappointed . He loves it ! It looks fantastic , is quiet , and keeps our wine cool and holds the temperature . We really only drink red wine , but love that it has two different zones and use both for red . Also, loved that it came in a box that didn’t advertise what it was on the box when it was delivered. Loved this purchase !
After researching numerous Wine Coolers/Chillers on numerous sites, I selections this 24 bottles, Koldfront Wine Cooler, and I’m very happy. Set-up was easy and the cooler is very quiet & the temperature is spot-on. Fits perfectly in my Bar, and look amazing. Very satisfied with purchase. Thanks
We bought this unit and did wonder about its noise level. It is quiet. It keeps bothered and white wines at a good constant temperature. The key is a simple Allen Key head. But affective for the purpose. Only real downside is that if the electric gets disrupted the temp settings go back to the factory setting.
I bought this unit 2 years ago, and it has been working great the entire time! I purchased the warranty, for piece of mind, and am happy to say that I never had to use it! The wine cooler is elegant, and well made. We are really happy with our purchase.
We had a smaller wine fridge for years that but the dust earlier this year. So far this one is great. I don’t find it loud (as noted in other reviews), but I agree that having to open the door all the way is a pain. The shelves look nice from a distance, but do not be fooled into thinking the shelves are wood — the interior of the fridge is all plastic.
