It's a spatula, and just like every other spatula, it can flip omelets and turn fish. On the surface, it seems like a very ordinary spatula. However, it's the ease with which it accomplishes these tasks that warrants five stars in my book. The thin, asymmetric, beveled edge makes it easy to get under food, allowing me to pick up sunny side up eggs without breaking the yolks. The silicone is, of course, safe (and ideal) for nonstick cookware. The handle is angled, giving you more agility when working a crowded pan. The whole spatula is rigid enough that it feels good in the hand but flexible enough to negotiate tricky situations. Its usefulness even extends beyond its cooking tasks, the lack of grooves and seams make it easy to clean.
For the price, it's a very well engineered spatula. If you have nonstick cookware, and you want an affordable, capable, well-rounded tool for flipping and turning, you can't go wrong with it.
I was very tired of getting small scratches on my non stick pans from soft plastic spatulas, which would also melt. This spatula fits the bill for all my needs, from burgers to omelettes. Have had no issues with it's quality degrading after months of daily use, and I would highly recommend to anyone
I purchased this based on the recommendation from thesweethome.com Overall it is OK but I wound not say great. First it is small. I would say about 30% smaller than a normal spatula. Second it is soft. The tip is very soft so if you are trying to break up ground beef in the pan it bends around more than I like. On the plus side, it will not scratch the pan and its heat resistance seems excellent.
Overall I prefer my Rubbermaid spatula that I bought at Wal-Mart several years ago.
I bought this on a recommendation from sweethome.com. Those folks never let me down - this flipper is magical with over medium eggs. Sometimes I think I might have been better off getting the next size up <it might be a little surface-area small to flip a large pancake> but this has been perfect for all the flipping uses I've had for it so far. Highly recommended.
The people who make this spatula have the right idea! I have the large one and am buying another, plus 2 smaller ones. They do a perfect job on removing baked items from sheets without tearing. I use silicon cooking tools and love the sharp end of this spatula for getting under items easily. This spatula is good for eggs, too. I would advise getting at least one of each size. I am getting several, because I like having tools handy and clean.

My wife made fun of me when I bought this spatula and said it was too small. But now she uses it all the time. Turns out size doesn't matter and it _is_ more about how you use it.
I purchased this item with the intention of using it when cooking eggs. In my opinion, it does not work very well for flipping eggs. However, I do like to use this flipper for sautéing and stir-frying. It is truly heat-resistant and safe for nonstick pans.
I like it. The 11 inch was too small for flipping eggs, so I also ordered the 13 inch.
I wanted a smaller spatula without holes to use in my smallest frying pan for scrambled eggs, and anything else, but especially eggs.
