This oven is worth every dime but packaging could use a little work. This oven was super easy to install, and will make even the ugliest kitchen nice. I live in a really old house with the kitchen cabinets are actually falling off of the walls. The oven that was there never worked while we live here so in frustration we decided to get a new oven, and take it out of our rent. Unfortunately now we have to move and we will not get to enjoy this beautiful oven but if I were my landlady I would probably take the oven with me when I sell the house. The oven is THAT nice. I say the packaging could use a little work because it wasn't sealed in the box properly. Thank god there wasn't an incident.
Love my new oven. Shipping was excellent and very quick. Was able to install and learn how to operate before Thanksgiving. Love the warming and convention features. Highly recommend.
We had to finally replace our Fisher Paykel double ovens and we needed a replacement fast. We had tried, but after having to have them repaired (3x's!!!), we decided that idea was out of the question and a waste of our time. We knew we were going from a $4k setup to something much less inexpensive, but since we are planning to sell in the next couple years anything more for us, we thought, just would have been a waste. These worked out perfectly for us and read the rest if you'd like to know why.
My wife and I absolutely love these ovens and here is why:
1. They are great size on the inside and accommodate all of the large pizza pans and big oven accessories that we own.
2. They heat up fairly quickly and maintain temperatures as expected
3. They are easy to clean and the doors come off easy too. They are attractive and I'm certain that there are other ovens somewhere pining
4. You don't need to open up a book for referencing as they are easy to program and operate
5. And while they can't do aero bake, convection bake, pastry bake and all of the other fancy stuff our Fisher Paykel's could do when they were new, for the difference in money I don't think you can go wrong with this double oven and we don't miss those features
6. Some have complained about the cool-down fan(s) noise, but that's to be expected in a wall mount oven as you have to send that heat somewhere and out the front is the only option. We don't think it's much and it certainly doesn't bother us the least
7. Lastly, our 10th grader and his genius buddies haven't burned down the house yet with one of their pizza parties
I did the installation and while I had to do some customizing work to my cabinets because I had originally built them to house the Fisher Paykel's, these should be a breeze for anyone with standard cabinets or when replacing any builder grade ovens. Going into the wall would also be a piece of cake too. The directions for wiring and installation were easy for me to follow and the whole process took around an hour (once I modified my custom cabinets). My only gripe is that we would have liked it a bit more if it had an extra / additional rack (it comes with 4) and a broiler pan. But we have all of the leftovers from our Fisher Pickles so we are all set there too!
I almost forgot to mention that we saved $$$ buying it here on Amazon vs the prices at the blue and orange box outlets.

We love our new ovens! Easy to use. My husband installed in a couple of hours.
I wish we had purchased these earlier. Upgraded from a 27" double, to these at 30". The height was exactly the same (maybe 1/4 lower), but the cutout in the cabinet height was perfect. We had to modify the sides, but I knew that going in. Ovens are clean, and beautiful. I wouldn't recommend the seller, as shipping and delivery was a huge PITA, but the ovens themselves are worth every penny. Heat is even and consistent, both upper and lower. My wife is short, so we use the lower ovens more often than the upper. Installed for 30 days so far, and have no negatives to speak of. Highly recommend, especially with the pricing. 30-40% less than other manufacturers, so saving $500 off the rip makes it even sweeter. If you have the space, don't think, just do it.
