I don't know what all the negative reviews are about on this item but we purchase ours with the pre-order and we have not had any problems maybe a few screen freeze ups here and there but we figured that was a new product with updates coming soon and we have not experienced any more since. People saying the processor is slow and screen won't load that is not a problem for us this thing is fast and flawless. I know it uses quite a bit of internet we have it lan line connected @ 100mbps with no buffering or freezing the voice communication we use for our 4k tv and the sound bar. The Alexa requests are really quick and we intend to purchase another soon...if you are waiting on purchasing this item because of all the other reviews just order it. We use it for instant prime videos as well as showbox and terrarium.
I love it. It works perfectly for me and does everything I need it to do. Like rewind movies or pause or play the movie I want to watch.
