I recently received a Kindle fire 6 for my birthday and needed to find a good case to protect it and keep it clean. I really like the color and overall design of the case and it fits my Kindle fire 6 HD perfect. It doesn't make it look or feel too bulky and it's got a nice light weight design. The cover does a great job protecting the screen and keeping it clean, because it stays closed and I havent had any issues with the protective top coming open unexpectedly. The stand works great too, both upright and landscape to make it easier while watching movies. This item came as described and I am very happy with my purchase. I bought mine in pink and it's a nice and vibrant hot pink design. I love the way this case feels, it's got a nice touch to it. This isn't the toughest case on the market, so if you have little ones and you need protection for your Kindle fire in case they get a hold or it, or if you let them use it, so I wouldn't recommend this for child proof protection. If your looking for something cute, slim and lightweight that keeps your fire clean without adding a lot of extra weight or size, this is the way to go. This snaps on super easy and doesn't make it hard to use your charing port or Aux plug and it has a soft cloth like backing which protects your screen.
This is perfect for my new Fire 6 - I'm glad I ordered this because it is solid, stands up nicely, and keeps my tablet in good shape. The only issue I have is when my niece, who is currently 15 months old, tries to grab my tablet from me (instead of using hers, which she cracked!). Anyway, this is an excellent product and I'd definitely get another one.
The only real criticism I have is that while it says this is pink, it is more like a red shade...but that's okay, because I love it anyway!
At first I was worried about my purchase of this case after I had read so many negative critiques for the product, but I have to say it is a great find. Having it stand in landscape is wonderful and so hands free when I'm watching Netflix, and even now as I am typing this review it stands up to the challenge. Though I will say the more texture the surface, like carpet or table top the longer it stands up. I am very pleased with its beautiful color. It being a snap case is very easy to take on and off. Now out of landscape, portrait, when you and surfing the web or checking emails the case easily folds behind itself, but if you're planning to use you camera the case does block the outer camera. Which is my only small critique. For the price they are asking this is a steal of a deal!
Gorgeous slim-fit case, that is extremely practical and very light. It's almost as if the fire doesn't have a case at all. I thought the little rubber strip on the side that allows it to stand/prop up sideways as shown in the product picture, was absolute genius. I can balance it anywhere, thanks to that and the purple matches my otterbox phone case. My only complaint is that I don't know how well it will hold up in the long run, but I've had it for a couple of months already and it's stood up to some pretty decent wear and tear, so I'd say it's perfect. Worth the price and super easy installation. I can pop it on and off when people ask about it.
Beautiful, light weight functional case! This case does not block any part of the screen, the Fire 6 just snaps right in. The cover folds back for standing and does not slip. This is the perfect case for a Fire 6, it is not bulky like some others. I purchased the blue one and the color is just as shown. If you are looking for the perfect cover, I highly recommend this one. I first purchased a leather one that the tablet slips into and found that it was very heavy and bulky with the edges covering the keypad so I returned it for this one. It does not have a clasp but the cover just seems to stay put without it.

Wonderful little case that doesn't add a lot of extra weight. Now I can carry my 6" Fire HD in my purse without fear of scratching the screen. I like that I can flip the cover all the way to the back. The front of the case is soft and the blue is really pretty. The back of the case is hard and holds the device securely allowing for all buttons and the camera lens to be easily exposed for quick use. Great price too!
I wanted a small tablet to fit in my purse. I like the Fire in that it gives me what I need. Easy to handle and use. The ? help tab is very helpful when I'm trying to do something new. I have read one book on it and the screen was lit well with no glare. My only issue with it, and what kept this from being five stars, is the weight. I find it a bit heavy to hold if I am reading for any length of time. It is heavier than a hard cover book so your hand gets tired.
I've been very happy with this case so far. My children use these for their Fire tablets and they certainly hold up well against normal wear and tear. The felt inside the screen protector works fantastically for protecting the screen as well as cleaning it. The outer shell is very durable and sturdy, and fits the case snugly.
My one complaint about it is that the tablets will get quite warm if you use them for an hour or two at a shot (reading or what have you). I've sometimes taken them out of the case when they will be in constant use for long periods of time.
This is a wonderful case for the HD 6. I love how it adds almost no bulk, and the ports and speaker are easily accessible. The only downside it that the little rubber pieces that are supposed to allow the case to serve as a standup "tent" don't really work on a lot of smooth, dry surfaces. It's usually not possible to get it to stand up at the angle shown in their pictures. Other than that, I really like it!
I love this cover. My only complaint is that it does't turn the screen on when I open the cover. But at the same time that could be good to save on battery life. I wish I'd have bought this one when I purchased the one I did first, but I'm not positive it was an option then.
