This oven works great for my family. I have found that it is very important to let the oven reach the pre heat temperature before attempting to use (about 20 minutes). If you don't the oven is continually trying to catch up and may never reach the desired temperature until the last few minutes.
The Problem with this oven is the clock is set to military time and can not be changed. They should state this! It is unusual for a wall oven to read 13:34. I talked with others, read the manual and emailed the company. Nothing you can do and you don't realize it until you already installed in your wall. Otherwise the oven works just fine.
