So far very pleased with the oven. In some ways I am having to re-learn the use of an oven, but that is understandable with new technology. Consulting the owner's manual is very important to assure proper baking results. I was not pleased with the lack of disclosure as to the nature of the "free delivery", and was fortunate to have a friend who could come over with a two wheeler and straps to get it into the house. I was hiring my electrician to install it. I had never ordered a home appliance online and had expected it would at least be brought into the house and unboxed for my inspection. WRONG!!! Amazon should insist its Marketplace Merchants give accurate disclosure as to the shipping method. My attempt to make online inquiry to the seller was not successful. Advice to potential buyers of this product: The oven appears to be an excellent choice, but beware that you will need to have someone unpack it and get it into your house. Into the garage was as far as driver stated he was allowed to come, and I was on my own to un-box it for inspection!
Was a little afraid to order a major appliance online but I'm glad I did it. Works great. No issues. Looks good. Haven't used all the features yet but so far so good.
