Great camera for the price. The video quality is great and the audio quality is good enough for a conversation similar to a walkie talkie. The minion voices are fun to play with especially if you have kids. There are some limitations due to the wifi however, but if you put the camera somewhere that has strong wifi signals, it should not be a problem.

A really great camera! I got alerts right away when it detected motion. The live view is really clear. Night vision quality is pretty good too. And the minion sounds are fun. My dog is so confused when I speak through this minion and I'm in the other room.
You wouldn't think something this cheap could be so great. I definitely didn't buy it for the Minions. I wanted another webcam to monitor my yard while I wasn't home. The setup was easy and when you pair this with the free Tend mobile app, it is excellent!
Anyone considering investing $$ in a higher-end webcam should consider this product. I purchased a Drop Cam many years ago before they were purchased by Nest. I love the camera but they are extremely expensive and you have to pay a signficant monthly fee for cloud recording.
This webcam is less than $50 and records clips every time motion is detected (FREE!). You can go back an play the clips for a few days before they are deleted. You can even save the clips to your phone or send them to someone else. I can't believe how nice this is. The product and app was exactly what I needed. I would recommend this product for anyone looking for an inexpensive way to monitor their house, yard, pets, etc.
Just bought this camera for my son's room and it is amazing! He can hear me and I can hear him. Night vision is perfect and motion detection to know when he gets out his bed. I am super pleased with this and it's super cute! I have already recommended this to other moms who want to save money and get something that's quality!
I've been using Foscam wireless IP cameras for years for security and as baby monitors around the house and this Minion camera just makes life so much easier. I LOVE that you do not need to plug this into your router for setup. You plug it in, flip a switch, do a few things on the app and it's ready to go. Set up takes no more than a minute or two. I also really appreciate that you can set it to record when there is movement and it'll hold up to 24 hours of video with no subscription or extra fees. You can also download any of the videos that have been stored. This is really useful because I can go back and check the videos and figure out when my boys are waking up in the morning and know for sure what's true when one blames the other for waking him!
Some of the features like the Minion speak really are not consistent. Sometimes I can get it to work, other times I cannot. Sometimes there's quite a long lag on the audio playback after using the microphone, so if I use it as an intercom, and I ask my kid a question, when I listen to audio, I'll miss a couple of seconds of what he says back to me.
Overall, it's serving its purpose as a monitor in my twin boys' bedroom. Nighttime vision works well and daytime picture is even better. I appreciate how small and lightweight this camera is and you can't beat how easy it is to set up.

I have four of these!! I bought them for security. I have one positioned at the front and back door and one in the garage. The fourth one is in the living room area. I had to decrease the sensitivity on some because light fluctuations would set them off. It is really nice when we are out of town and gives us a lot of piece of mind. The talking feature is nice and I have given the neighbor watering my plants instructions on where to find what she needed. The living room one isn't set to send notifications, I just like peeking in and making sure the kids got off to school or home okay. I wish it had 48 hours of cloud storage but I haven't needed it, it would just be nice when we are camping and don't have service. My husband and I both have all of the cameras and notifications on our smart phones, which comes in really handy!!
highly functional and cute as can be....Easy to set up for someone not tech savvy. the picture is really clear even at night... the video is really clear also....the notifications are almost immediate it's everything I wanted in a camera.... if they would just make one that was good outdoors I'd be all set!!! but I set this up to watch my puppy who keeps playing with her poop this way I can catch her from inside the house rather than wait outside forever for her to make her deposit. The photo attached is when it is pitch black outside the camera is set up inside looking through my glass patio door .....Have not tried the minion voice or the regular voice or the pet highlight reel but I will update my review once I have
I could not rave enough about this camera! I mainly bought it for a baby monitor which it has been great for. The motion detection is pretty reliable, picture quality is great. I love that you can have multiple cameras set up at once. I have several around my house, for security and to keep an eye on my daughter if I’m in another room.
I left these cameras set up when I went on vacation. I chose a pet sitter with plenty of good reviews and interviewed her before hand, she seemed very trustworthy. Well thank God I had these cameras up because I was able to catch her abusing my dog on the very first day of my weeklong vacation. I reported her, got my money back etc. and had someone else go to my house to watch my dog. I will always recommend this camera!!
I bought this for my daughter for her birthday. She can now peek in on her baby boy and talk to him on her breaks at work. We have caught some funny videos from it, like the time I left the room and the baby who is 8 months old was standing looking into his toy chest. I left the room for not even a moment and when I turned to look at him he was inside his toy chest just standing and staring at me. I texted my daughter so she could rewind the video to see how it happened. We have caught so many memories with this. For the price I am thinking on buying another one! Very good clear videos.
I got one of these camera on a daily deal. I have bought 4 more. They are very easy to set up. The picture rivals some of my friends security system cameras. They are clear, you can see at night, you can talk to the person in the room. If you want to have a little fun you can talk Minion or simply have him talk. I have mine mounted so I can see full rooms- kitchen shows all entries full kitchen and living room, my loft shows loft and bedroom doors. The office show the entry way-this is also where we gate my dogs. One is mounted so I can see who is knocking on the door as I sleep during the day. It is mounted on the inside.
