So far it works very well. Have used the oven for warming already cooked foods and for baking. The cook top works super well. I clean it every day with Cerama Bryte. Seems like cleaning up every little spot right away will keep it from becoming uncleanable. The oven did give off a very strong burning petroleum kind of smell the first time I used it, even though I ran it at 350 for half an hour after it was installed. I did forget to wipe down the inside first, which I was also told to do. So maybe that is why. Over all I am very happy with the purchase.
I did not have any of the problems posted by other reviewers. This stove looks wonderful and performs flawlessly. The glass quality is German made and second to none. The only issue I have is that the back of the stove stainless vent does not extend to the very end like the glass top, thus exposing a gap in your counter on each side! This is a bad design, hopefully Bosch will correct with the next model as other reviewers say the same thing! The warming drawer was broken upon delivery but was replaced by the vendor with a new one. I don't think the spring and plastic mechanism that releases the door is very well thought out either. I have cooked about a month now and have no issues. I cook a lot of pizzas on pizza stone and using the pizza function on this stove it cooks at a lower temp (400) for a longer time but the results are excellent- crispy crust without even pre-heating the stone first! I did not have any loud fan noise as others have posted as well. Simply put, this stove performs and looks great!
