Excellent range for the money. I am a contractor, my wife is a professional baker and we are both impressed with this. You could spend $2000 more and not get much more in return. The convection oven works great. My wife literally cooks three times as much (3 batches of cookies at a time) at once. The stove top is easy to clean. The controls work great. I have installed a dozen of Viking and wolf ranges and they are good but not worth the extra money. They are a bit heavier feel but that is the only difference I notice. I have had great luck with bosch brand. Power tools, dishwashers, even water heaters. This range was no exception. We have had it for a month now and are very pleased.
Fabulous range, highly recommended, if you can get warrantee service. We needed help with a small item, but no one in out area would service it, using their warrantee terms. So sad.
Had the range installed 2 weeks now, still learning to use all the various features and like the way it performs so far. We have a corner mount installation. It was 1 1/2 inches deeper than our last Maytag slide-in electric range; therefore it required us to have the granite countertop cut out to fit it in place of the old one. Keep this in mind if you have an extra deep counter top surrounding the range.
Great design. We love the stainless steel top surface -- it's so easy to clean.
Given the negative reviews about reliability, I was nervous about buying this range. But I did, and added the extended warranty. I've had it for a few months, and so far so good. Everything works, including "Pizza Mode." I won't claim to be that guy who chooses an oven primarily because it has a dedicated pizza mode, but I was attracted. And for sure, my frozen pizzas come out notably better than before. German engineering at its finest. Also, the center gas burner is truly intense -- I can't imagine needing anything more powerful. No issues thus far.

800 30" Stainless Steel Dual Fuel (Gas) Slide-In Sealed Burner Range - Convection
I am a food blogger and recipe developer. I LOVE this stove. The many modes make cooking easy. The first thing I made was biscuits and they baked 3 minutes faster. The stove also looks great, very professional. I couldn't be happier with this choice.
Can one be in love with a stove? Well I act like it, just gazing at it with hearts in my eyes. I read review after review on all sites, and called Bosch before buying it, just to make sure that they'd fix the loud oven fan. Well, first of all, once it was installed and operating, I tried to decipher the source of a whispery sound heard and suddenly realized that it was the oven fan - so it's barely audible. Oven fan sound apparently is no longer a problem. The stove is beautiful to look at and minus the clunky rear panel of most American made stoves, allows for a more open feeling in my small kitchen and even some art on the wall. I've put up with cheapo Kenmore and GE stoves for years and years. They were reliable for sure, but the burners would click and click filling the kitchen with gas until they'd catch with a small explosion and there was always a gap between stovetop and counter that allowed for the collection of years' worth of gunk, unreachable by any kind of cleaning implement I could find. I just figured it was something I had to put up with. Well...NO MORE. The burners pop right on and the dials are incredibly sensitive. Just a touch and the flame is at the level I was seeking. And the stove has a stainless steel lip on either side that fits right over the counter so that there is no gap at all, as it accomplishes the built-in look as promised. No more digging out popcorn kernels and attempting to clean up spilled spaghetti sauce from a mini chasm, but chasm, nevertheless! Yay! And as you can see from the photos, the oven baked two perfect loaves of bread, my big first test. So far, so reliable. Just make sure before buying that your counters and stove will match height-wise. As one who has always loved to cook, my only regret is that I didn't recognize years ago that buying higher end appliances was well worth the investment! This one is for sure!
