I really love all of the flavors, especially the Appletini and the Mai Tai. All of the pouches are really sweet which is perfect for me because I enjoy sweet things. Some of my friends have found them to be a little too sweet. I have found that if I make the margaritas with a double shot they are perfect for everyone. Also If you mix in seltzer water with pretty much any of the pouches and make two drinks at a time instead of one it solves the sweetness dilemma and makes each pouch go even further.
Bibo Barmaid is a great gift! My daughter and her 20-something roommates love it, Bibo is fun, easy to use and the drink are delicious! I may have to buy another one just for us :-)
It’s like a Keurig machine for cocktails! I loved how easy it was to just pop in a flavor pouch and push the top down to make a mixed drink. You need to use your own liquor, but I didn’t mind because I’m picky about the brands I use. I really like that there are a variety of mixes. Let’s me drink what I whatever I feel like at the time and offer friends their favorites too.
My Bibo arrived with perfect timing as I was having a dinner party that evening. I didn't plan to use it that night as I would not have a chance to give it a trial run, but one of my guests saw the box, so we decided to give it a shot. We took Bibo out of the box, plugged it in, and added some water. We were a bit confused on how to insert the drink pouch at first, but after a closer look at the directions, we worked it out. Less than a minute later, we added vodka to the concoction in the glass, and my friend was enjoying a cucumber melon cocktail. To be honest, it was bit sweet for me, but the rest of my guests liked it. Everyone took at turn working the Bibo. We went through all of the drink pouches that came it box. So far so good, Bibo. 5 stars from the dinner party!
The longer I have this product, the more I love it. For those who criticized it because they could have "made the cocktail themselves" --- they are missing the point! I could grind and brew a pot of coffee myself too...but I prefer to not have to store all the stuff and have a variety to choose from.
I purchased this back in December after reading an article about it and I've been enjoying it ever since. The drinks are tasty and I love that I don't have to buy and find space to for a bunch of different mixers anymore. Now I can have a delicious cocktail on the fly - and can offer my guests their choice. This is truly a product for those who like to have a variety of different cocktails, but don't like stocking the goods to make them (or the mess). I recommend highly!

Does what is says it will...a great tasting cocktail. Lightweight, clear instructions and fast. However, my husband still does understand the concept since he only drinks whiskey and water!
A variety is fun! Put it on our main floor wet bar so it is ready to go!
I love the product and I got it for my dad for his birthday. He thought it was the coolest thing and was so excited to try it, but when he opened it the three packs of mix that were supposed to come with it were missing and he didn’t get to try it right away. Don’t count on everything that it says is supposed to be included in the box to be there.
I love this system! I am building a wet bar in my house, and my brother mentioned the Bibo as perfect for the new bar. I don't know how to mix drinks, so it's great that I can offer my guests something more than wine & beer without having to study a recipe book for every drink. Definitely worth it!
We really enjoy this product and the mixers. The mixers taste great and it makes it alot easier to serve mixed drinks during parties without having to buy all the individual ingredients. It works well and is easy to use.
