Works great is sturdy good bang for the buck! Good for apartment use for small-micro loads for a single busy person.
I bought the 9 lb washer as I wanted the most compact one I could find. For the price I paid, I have a great washer but keep in mind is not for big loads. I'd say maybe 5 shirts or 1 pair of pants at a time. I especially like it because I don't have to waste unnecessary water when washing a small load and it's also quicker. It's great when I have to wash in a rush. As for the customer service a Mr. Scotty helped me and definitely went above and beyond to ensure I was pleased with my purchase.
This is great for doing laundry in my apartment. It works great. Gets clothes cleaner than the laudroomat washers. Easy to use. There was a small leak by the brim of the machine. Had to put some calking on the seam to fix it but other than that perfect. It's light and easy to move around. The spin part works really well. Clothes are barely damo when done so they dry quickly, even jeans.
Its cute and small enough for my RV, but it doesn't come with a sleeve or wrap to protect it ypu have to order one ypur self.
Only problem I have had with this product is having to spin out one clothing item at a time. It’s very time consuming but all in all a great deal.

Operation Steps:
1. Put a load of laundry into the washing tub, large capacity up to 11 lbs
2. Hook up a water inlet or fill in water with a bucket or hose
3. Add a teaspoon of liquid laundry detergent in to the wash tub
4. Set the wash timer, max up to 15 minutes
5. Washing over,take clothes to the spinner tub and set spin timer, max up to 5 minutes (Wash and spin dry can run at the same time)
6. Take washed and drained clothes out, wear hangers and let them dry in the wind naturally
