Super easy to use. Adhesive lasted about 3 days. I threw out the extras on accident. Smh. Wish the buzz was a little stronger because I easily tune it out. Gotta remove a star for that because it defeats the purpose of I am able to forget its there even with it buzzing. Can adjust how long and to what degree you are slouching before it buzzes. And you can even adjust how long it vibrates. From about 1-3 seconds long.

I like the concept but it's not for me it doesn't actually Help straighten your posture just remind you you're slouching and the glue that attaches is only good for one day so that would get costly

The posture trainer is great for my husband, especially when he wears it! I recommend this product.
Finally got my hubby to stand up straight!
I love this product. Within two full days of wear, my center back muscles were sore due to pulling my shoulders and head back because of the Upright GO. Definitely an annoying reminder at first as you can't believe you've lost your posture in the slightest but this little gadget detects it and lets you know. You can control the buzzer while it's on your back through the app. Took me a minute to figure out what I felt comfortable with. Truly a wonderful, useful product.
