I have had my dryer for over 6 months now. I absolutely love it! I live in a small studio apartment and I installed it in my kitchen. I did need to screw a board into the wall and attach the dryer through it because the studs did not line up properly for the bracket. The instructions are terrible (and in small print) when it comes to the part where you hang the dryer on the brackets. The brackets were machined to be "universal", there is no right or left bracket, so each bracket will have two slots that you won't use. Hang the dryer using the top two slots on each bracket.
I bought this dryer and the Panda compact washer because I was sick of walking my laundry to another building to do it..and I fell down the stairs in the winter time doing just that and it sealed the deal on my quest for finding an inexpensive dryer that didn't require ventilation, that would fit in my small space. This product did all of that. I have not seen a significant increase to my electric bill and I run my dryer atleast six times a week. I highly recommend this product for someone that is looking for an alternative to the laundromat or air drying.
Very pleased with how this works for my daughter. She has very little room and this works out great for her. I contacted the seller because my daughter is not allowed to screw anything into her walls. They replied immediately and told me they would send an over the door solution free of charge!
This has been a life saveer in my tiny NYC studio apartment. I purchased this along with a portable washing machine and it has saved me money and stress. Prior to getting this unit I was carrying Laundry up and down 5 flights of stairs and down the street 3 blocks and back plus spending $25+ to do the laundry itself. I do wish there was a better method for wall mounting the unit as it felt a bit unstable and the instructions were challenging to decipher but once set up it worked well. I dried everything in it including jeans, sweaters, towels, and even my full size bed blanket. You do have to make sure to space things out in the unit so all sides get the flow of hot air or if you pack it full know it will take 2-3 cycles for everything to be completely dry. I don't regret this purchase at all especially because it was ventless, compact, and I recouped the purchase cost in less than a month by not having to waste time and money at the laundromat.
I had no idea there was such a thing! Then while shopping for a portable apartment-sized washer (another revelation) I saw this on Amazon. At first I was going to just buy a washing machine and hang my clothes on the shower curtain rod to air dry, but this turned out to be worth every penny.
Installation by myself was simple with the help of a drill, pencil and the included cardboard template, two brackets and four screws. I attached it to the inside of the door to my apartment's walk-in closet, and keep it folded down when not in use. When needed, I just open the door, fold out the unit, plug it in, hang up my laundry, zip up the vinyl bag, and turn it on. It holds about two loads from my little Haier 1 cubic foot capacity washing machine, and dries most items in 90 minutes set on high.
Of course, everything dries a bit stiff, but still softer and far faster than air-drying. Fabric softener in the wash really helps, too.
Be aware that because theres no exhaust vent going outside like a conventional clothes dryer, warm, humid air emits from the unit as the clothes are drying. This is a big plus in my chilly San Francisco apartment, but maybe not so much in the summer months elsewhere.
The noise it makes sounds like a quiet blow-dryer, so for me there's no issue with drying a load before going to bed. And I love the convenience of being able to do laundry in my bathrobe.
So the questions on here said it should probably take 4 hours just about to do towels and jeans...I don't know if mine just aren't super heavy but I dried 4 towels in 45 minutes. You guys that is a miracle. Our dryer caught fire and still works, but just makes everything smell like smoke, and also takes around 6 hours to do one small to medium load..got this thinking and hoping and praying it would be better than my $500 dryer, and omg it is. I'm literally shocked how this thing works??? Its the most annoying thing to set up, but it wasn't terribly hard my husband and I did it in under 40 minutes. So this deserves 20 stars! Thanks guys! I love, love, love it! Now onto the rest of my towels, just two left and they were done in less than 30. Ahh! Love this thing.

What a great products. Compact, affordable and good for RV. Only problem is some items are a little wrinkled at the bottom but easily steamed out. I live in the desert so I just use this to damp dry and then hang out in the sun.
Works but make sure the clothes are semi dry. I vent the bag a little or else it just steams up.
I bought this to use at my camp to dry towels and wet clothes when it rains. It works like a charm and doesn't take up a lot of space.
Perfect for my small apartment in SF
drys well but doesn't fold back flat on the wall after use
