It does the job well. I attached a pic to show the size next to my puppy. Easy to use. The timer runs for 15min but you can restart it as much as you need for the clothes to be washed longer. Works well on my delicate work clothes. The spinner is a little noisy which is normal, but the clothes come out damp, ready to hang to dry. Ratio price/value seems more than fair.
We bought it to wash our baby clothes and it worked well. But it had a crack in the back panel and a piece broke off after the first couple uses. The spin cycle is also really heavy so the machine wobbles a lot. We only used the spin cycle once as it was moving too much.
I am giving the review four stars because of the excellent customer service. They offered to give a discount and to fix the issue but I ended up returning the product and they were very helpful in completing that. They were also very prompt in returning emails.
I love this for my baby daughter clothes, is really practical and convenient, it came with a hole in one side, i think that was maybe the shipping, but after that is great and fast shipping too
