Good taste. This, combined with KNOW waffles means I can enjoy something with the rest of the family and not just sit there inhaling the syrup they're eating and being depressed.
This is the closest zero carb maple flavored syrup I've tried. The flavor is very good and it is fairly close in thickness to real maple syrup. The only two things I don't like is that they used caramel coloring in it and it is so expensive. It is organic coloring but I prefer to stay away from any added colorings.
This stuff is delicious. In fact, if I didn’t know was low cal and low carb I wouldn’t know as it tastes as close to the real deal as you can get. Even better, just a tablespooon goes a long way so one bottle lasts longer than I would have expected. Five stars all the way!
This syrup is amazing when you’re craving something sweet on Keto! Perfect with the Know Waffles and some sugar-free Cool Whip for a filling treat!
I'm on low carb and 0 sugar, this stuff taste so good it makes ME FEEL THE NEED TO PLEAD GUILTY to falling off the NO SUGAR WAGON,Somebody has got to be lying, this stuff is way too good!!!!

Wow this is awesome!! Idk why it doesn't have higher ratings! The flavor is on point. It tastes great with my low carb pancakes. Not too sweet, but I guess I expected that from allulose. It may be a little more runny compared to traditional pancake syrup but honestly I really don't mind. If you are on a special diet or even doing Keto finding anything that is up to par is really hard to find much less enjoy. This I really enjoyed! I'm so glad I got it and didn't get warned off by the low ratings. Get this!
I am extremely sensitive to artificial sugars and aspartame in particular makes me feel really weird..... I was hesitant to try this but I’m glad I finally did. It gave me no bad reactions and no bloating or acid reflux issues. It also taste really good!!!! I think the aftertaste some people are talking about is more from the maple syrup flavoring...cus it’s the same taste I remember from a high quality pure maple syrup and it’s really not bad. I only noticed it in my coffee but I couldn’t even tell in the Greek yogurt.
I use this syrup on oatmeal. They really nailed the taste. It's not as good as REAL maple syrup, but it is still good.
Heard about it from JRE podcast. It's overpriced though. I can get sugar free syrup at my local grocery store for 3 dollars/12oz. Its not as good flavored as KNOW, but for the price its a deal.
My wife has been trying to eat a ketogenic diet, and we've been experimenting with all sorts of sugar free, low carb substitutes for kitchen staples. Most have been a real disappointment. But not this. This syrup is fantastic. Really good flavor that goes well with pancakes/waffles.
This is pretty good. Can't touch NH made real maple syrup but at least I can enjoy pancakes again with sugar restrictions.
