Had it for almost a week now. We ordered this unit on a Sunday and had it on that Friday and even changed freight carriers. Seems to be very high quality and is also heavy (~255lbs). It has optional 3-wire or 4-wire install. The venting is a tad loud, but that's a cabinet oven for ya! Doesn't both us at all. There is a probe feature for the upper oven. Headphone type jack with a probe. When you connect it, it automatically starts reading the temp on the main display. Worked great for chicken. It looks REALLY good with the white cabinets!
We have been using this double oven unit for about 6 months now and we are pleased with our purchase, with a few minor complaints.....the unit has a fan that vents above the top oven door, this is blown directly into the kitchen and is running the entire cooking time and even for about 10 minutes after the oven has been turned off. I have shortened the post cooking run time by leaving the door ajar to release the heat and the fan turns off more quickly. Not a deal breaker but it wasn't something that I read about before we made the purchase. The self cleaning feature works quite well, but the racks have to be removed during cleaning and they are a pain to clean, lots of steel wool and elbow grease. The manual states that you shouldn't put aluminum foil in the bottom of the oven to catch spills etc....this stinks because that means much more oven cleaning! This may sound ridiculous but it totally irritates me that this oven has a CHICKEN NUGGET! setting.....I have four children ages 15-8 and I have never cooked a chicken nugget! Blech. This unit does what it is supposed to do....but may want to consider the above mentioned.
great oven at a great price only if yo have muscles to help you install the oven, it's really not that bad to self install , all yo have to do is to make sure the the opening is the same and connect a new wire plug and 2 screws , your done. oh and make sure you take off the oven doors , this will help a lot.
Excellent product! We love our new oven! Everything about it went perfectly. It was delivered to our garage well packaged and protected. Installation was easy though we hired someone to install it. If we ever install another, it's a pretty DIY job. But it will be a long time before we want another oven. This one is ideal! Thank you!
The oven looks very attractive Fit was perfect. The power cord is at the bottom and is only 4 feet long. Our power source was higher so we had to rewire a new power cord from Home Depot. There is a noticeably fan noise, but nothing too bad.

it looks amazing. It does take forever pre-heating in a regular basis but thank God there is a quick pre-heat option.
