I purchased this oven locally over a year ago for $2200 and have not regretted it for a moment - it is by far the best oven I have owned. The cooking options are numerous: Bread Proofing, "Perfect Turkey", Defrost and Dehydrate are a few of the more unusual settings that are not found on the typical oven. There is also a "fast heat" setting that I use frequently but the temperature on this one is only guaranteed at the center rack position. If you frequently bake the same item, you can store the settings under "My Favorites" to keep from having to enter the same information in repeatedly, too.
The oven is easy to keep clean for the most part (there are 3 clean options to choose from) but you do have to remove all of the grills and racks before starting the cycle. I have cleaned it several times and have not had the front glass explode which is a common complaint. The only negative I have found is that grease/dirt can get trapped between the 2 panes of glass and it is not an easy task to access it for cleaning. I have read that you can take the door off and disassemble it but I have not been that adventurous yet. My unit also came with (2) "easy glide" racks which are wonderful (except when it comes time to scrub them) as well as (4) standard racks. You can also delay cooking so the oven is Sabbath friendly.
All in all, this is a fantastic and versatile oven - I would purchase one again. However, I did deduct a star because I always feel that I have to run the clean cycle when I am at home and can monitor it due to all of the reports of the glass fronts breaking/exploding. Between those complaints and the dirt build-up that I am experiencing between the panes of glass (and other reviewers have commented on, too) , 4 stars it is.
