We've been using this washing machine for a few weeks now and overall, I'm very pleased. It is a bit more labor intensive since you have to wash, spin out the wash water, rinse, and then spin out the rinse water but the process only takes about 25 minutes from start to finish. I was also surprised at how well the spinning cycle takes the water out. Most items are nearly dry after 5 minutes of spinning.
A few things I don't like are that initially the pump could pump up to a sink for draining but after a week, it would only pump out the water if the hose was lower than the machine. Also, we have yet to find an attachment that will fill the machine using the intake hose straight from the faucet. We have to either stand there and hold the hose or use the shower head to fill it.
I received it this morning and I tried it and when I went to spin the clothes I had placed the tube for the water to drain over the tub because I’ve had a pump style washer another brand and had no problem. Now I’ve owned gravity washers also that I literally had to pick up and put into the tub and I got sick of doing that. I spun the clothes and realize there’s no water coming out. So I drain the tub and again no water is coming out of the tube into the bathtub. So I realize no water is coming out of this washer. I adjusted the tube to lay flatter onto the ground not giving it much room to empty into the tub but guess what the water drained. Now you’re really shouldn’t have to do that. This afternoon I experimented a little more with it and put the tube to drain in a bucket next to the washer and had a better result of emptying the tub into the bucket. But when I spun the few clothes again nothing came out of the tube into the bucket. My question is when you spin the clothes is the water from the spinner going into the washer and that’s how it’s draining out? Inadvertently the tube landed flat on my bathroom floor and out came all this water. And I thought to myself I don’t think this washer is draining all this water. Anyone have any Problem draining the water from the tub or the spinner. Trust me the clothes came out of the spinner really dry. Any help would be great
By far one of my greatest investments. I live in a small apartment and this washing machine is light weight and fits perfect in my bathroom. I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for the convenience of washing small/medium loads. You obviously can’t put a comforter in this but I am okay with that.
Love this washer. Definate upgrade from my last one which didn't have a bult in drain pump. Only thing is that the spinner part is not a dryer it more wrings the clothes out. You will need a departs clothes dryer (or just jang dry the clothes) for them to be fully dry.

good product. insure you set up drain tube correctly ie have drain tube no higher than 6 in.
I love it
I love this little machine , just don’t put more clothes than it can handle because it could crack , remember that it’s plastic and needed to be treated as such, with that being said, it works great and cleans your clothes pretty well ! I would have to admit this is my personal favorite! Yes I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a great deal ! Truth be told!
So far so good! I was actually shocked this works better than our regular washer. It removes more dirt and stains than any washer I've used before, I found that very odd. Happy with our purchase! We bought this because we been having issues with a pipe from this winters weather, so long story short we can't fix the pipe that the washer is run off of until the snow melts and the pipe can be fixed. I'm not going to the laundromat, yuck! Easy to use, kicked out the laundry quickly and used my dryer because I have one. It does get everything pretty dry, another thing I noticed it comes out dryer from the spinner than it does from a regular washer so drys fast. I give this 5 stars for sure! Great price too

EDIT tested my first load and it works great. It peed on the floor and I had to swat it’s nose with a paper but It might have been my fault adding too much water to the spin cycle. It’s quiet but handles more than it seems like it would. And I have to say I was skeptical of the spin dry but it really spins up to a high RPM and gets clothes nearly dry in just one spin. I bought a small dryer to go along side it and it’s going to save a lot of power not having to use it much. I’m very VERY pleased with this washer.
