This is probably the third set I've ordered from Amazon. This pack has nice size backs that are easy to hold to get on your earrings. This is what I wanted in the first place. One set i received was so tiny, like for children's earrings. These are great.

Surprisingly well made, they are sturdy and hold the posts tightly. I have so many earrings without backs, now they will be back in use. These backs are so nice for the price that I ordered another set.
These are perfect and just the right size. I have some small post earrings that have too small of backs that they are hard to put on. I replaced the small back with these and they fit perfect. Hope they are really 14k gold because I have a reaction to other types of metals. Just starting wearing them today. Time will tell.
