I was able to get in touch with someone in the warranty department that helped me out. Maggie is the bomb!! Everything is fixed and we love our new range. It is a beautiful addition to our kitchen, and the price is right!
This is my first purchase of a stove this big and this expensive but my wife and I love it. It is massive, with all the burners and the griddle of which I really like. I also like the dual fuel and double ovens especially the blue coating on the inside.
I was hesitant to purchase this but after using this stove for 2 months now, we love it! It was a bit confusing to put the burners together but once we figured it out, it worked great. Looks and cooks like a high end model.
I am not writing a fake review. I actually own this particular range and I will show you a picture of it in my personal kitchen. This is not a picture from Pinterest or any other online source- it is my personal kitchen and my personal stove. We have owned this item for approximately 24 months and never had a single problem other than the knobs needing to be replaced because the outer layer started shipping. That happened within the first 12 months and Thor had no problem replacing them. The second set did the same thing and I had them taken somewhere and put a heat resistant rubber coating on them and it has worked perfectly ever sense. That is why my knobs are black and not stainless steel because it is not a true stainless steel but a coating on the knobs. Other than that if you have it professionally installed, you will have absolutely no problems. If you try to install it yourself I cannot imagine what sort of a nightmare you might encounter both then and in the future. Even the best DIYers should probably not attempt to install this or the vent a hood. This is best left to the professionals.
