Bought this washer/dryer from EnVive with free shipping. Took longer than expected to arrive. Once it arrived, the shippers dropped it off and left. Once they left we realized there was no electric plug nor an air vent for the back. Though it says its 4" standard for the back, we had to actually buy a second piece to make the standard air vent fit - an elbow piece of plastic (about $4 at Home Depot).
Be sure that you have a dolly handy, as well. There is a screw in the center on the bottom of the machine that you have to remove yourself - that's Step One in the instructions. Luckily, we just moved and had a dolly that holds up to 600lbs. No way we would have been able to lift it and not drop it without more people, otherwise.
Once we made a couple of trips to Lowes and Home Depot the rest was easy.
The machine runs GREAT! I've done four loads in two days and each one came out fresh and clean. Definitely recommend this product. However, if you can hire someone to put it together upon arrival I'd recommend that, as well.
